Suspect: Crystal Holguin – 29 - Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon (Vehicle) - Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – Driving on a Revoked License

The victim reported that the suspect, who is the victim’s boyfriend’s ex-girlfriend, began to follow her closely and then tried to run her off the road.  Deputies were able to make contact with both the victim and the suspect on US-84/285.  Upon investigation the suspect was arrested on numerous charges.

The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).

0217001078- Burglary, Larceny, Criminal Damage To Property- 1-23-17

Between December 23, 2016 and January 23, 2017 unknown subjects forced entry into the above listed area and took the above listed items.  Case is under investigation.

Location: 28 Camino Justicia( Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center)

On the above date the above suspect was found with a clear plastic wrap substance during a strip search. The contraband found in the clear plastic wrap was heroin. The above suspect denied knowing what was in the plastic and said she was holding for another inmate. The above suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Stolen: Magnavox DVD/VCR player

Value: $220.00

On 01-23-17 the victim reported someone entered her storage unit and removed the above item. Access was gained by cutting the latch on the storage unit door to remove the lock. Once inside the residence the above item was taken. The victim could not identify any other items taken at this time. Suspect information is pending.

On 01/23/17 it was reported that an unknown suspect had entered an unsecured storage unit and proceeded to remove the back wall panel. Once the panel was removed access was gained into a secured storage unit. At time of report what items were taken was not known. Suspect information is pending at this time.
