On 01/21/17 the victim reported an unknown person stole the above trailer from his place of business on State Road 14. The trailer was described as being a lowboy style car hauler. The vehicle theft occurred between 01/29/17 at 6:00am and 01/30/17. The trailer was parked behind the building. The suspect(s) gained entry onto the property by cutting a padlock which was securing a gate at the entrance.

On Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at approximately 12:49am, Deputies responded to location in reference to a domestic dispute. The suspect and victim got involved in a verbal argument. During the argument the suspect closed distance in an aggressive manner and the victim was in fear of receiving an immediate battery. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On this date, detention officers conducted a pat search on the above listed individual. During the search several strips of suboxone were found on her person. She was booked accordingly.

Victim reported that an unknown female suspect had gone to Home Depot purchasing a credit card that was approved using her personal information fraudulently. The unknown female suspect charged $548.00 to the credit card. This case is still under investigation.

On 01/30/17 a burglary was reported at the above location. The incident occurred between January 29th, and January 30th of 2017. The unknown suspect(s) broke a window to gain entry into the building. Once inside the above items were taken. The suspects also caused about $1,800.00 in damage inside the building. Suspect information is pending at this time.

Deputies were dispatched to the above location regarding a domestic dispute. During the investigation, it was found that the above listed person had struck her boyfriend in his face and assaulted security personnel during the incident. She was booked accordingly.
