0217001510 / Possession of a Controlled Substance / 2-1-17

Deputy Handling: Jonathan Jaramillo

Location: 28 Camino Justicia (ADC)

Suspect: Roque Luviano

On the above date Deputy Jaramillo was dispatched to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center in reference to an inmate in possession of a controlled substance.  Upon arrival it was determined the above listed inmate was found in possession of marijuana and an orange film like substance consistent with suboxone.  The inmate was rebooked without incident.

Items Damaged- 250 feet of fencing valued at $2000.

Between January 15, 2017 and todays date, unknown suspects entered the property and damaged the above listed.  Case is under investigation.

Location- 100 Block of Adenois Lujan Road

Items Taken- Electronics and jewelry valued at $1,300

Between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, unknown suspects forced entry into the residence and took the above listed items.  Case is under investigation.

Person Arrested- Larry Boylan 39 yo Santa Fe and Raymond Ramirez 27 yo Santa Fe

During a search of the above listed individuals, suboxone was found on both of their persons.  When detention officers were obtaining the items from Boylan, Boylan struck the detention officer. Both of the above listed individuals were booked accordingly.

Victim reported she received  a statement from her credit card stating an unknown suspect(s) had used her credit card without her permission in Canada purchasing items in a total amount of $1,157.16. Case is still under investigation.

sometime between 1-28-2017 and 1-30-2017, unknown suspects gained entry into a residence and stole copper, which was cut into various small pieces from the water heater and shower area valued at $12.50. Case is under investigation
