0217000316/ Assault on a Household Member/ 01/07/16

Location: Camino Vista Aurora- Santa Fe

Arrested: Seferino Gallegos age: 23

Charges: Assault on a Household  Member, Criminal Damage to Property under $1,000.00

On 01/07/16 Deputies were dispatched to a suspicious person at the above location. During the investigation it was learned the above individual caused $700.00 in damage to a Pontiac Grand Am and threatened a household member causing the victim to believe she would be battered. The above individual was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Property Taken: Miscellaneous Jewelry

 

On the aforementioned date, deputies responded the victims home in reference to a reported Larceny.  Upon arrival, the victim advised that she arrived home from an extended absence and noticed that her jewelry was missing from her home.  The victim provided suspect information and this case is currently under investigation.

Missing: 25 year old female

On 01/08/17 the reporting party stated her 25 year old daughter has not been heard from since 01/04/17. The reporting party was last known to be in the Albuquerque area. She was last seen wearing a white sweat shirt with blue lettering and black slacks. She was entered as a Missing Person into the National Database.

Suspect: Phillip Herrera

Location: Paseo De La Joya

Above listed suspect was located at his residence and had an active warrant for his arrest for failing to appear for an original DWI charge.  Suspect was booked accordingly without incident.

0217000330-Battery Against a Household Member- 1-7-17

Deputy Assigned- F. Trujillo

Commander Entering- Cpl. J. York

Location- 7000 block of Old Santa Fe Trail

Person Arrested- Alonzo Moya 27 yo Santa Fe

Deputies were dispatched to the above location regarding a domestic dispute. Through investigation it was found that the above listed had battered his father. Above listed subject was arrested and booked accordingly.

0217000298-Fraud- 1-6-17

Location- 100 block of Paseo Del Venado

Victim reported that she received notification from her bank of suspicious activity on her credit card.  It was found that several unauthorized transactions were charged to her card totaling $4,796. Case is under investigation.

Case #0217000308, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Suspect: Daniel Dumovitz, 36, Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Controlled Substance, to wit: Suboxone

On Saturday, January 7, 2016 at approximately 12:56am, Deputy responded to location in reference to a narcotics violation. Suspect was found in possession of a syringe and an item he described as Suboxone. Suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

0217000306 / Aggravated DWI, Driving on a revoked license, Careless driving / 01-06-16

Deputy assigned: J. Talache

Location: Camino de Los Ranchos/Canada Ancha (Chimayo N.M.)

Arrested: Amber Maestas, 27-year-old female from Santa Cruz N.M.

On 01-06-16 at about 10:00pm Ms. Maestats crashed a 2013 Chevrolet Malibu at the above location.  Further investigation revealed she was under the influence of alcohol and driving on a revoked driver's license.  She was arrested and submitted to a breath test, results showed her breath alcohol concentration to be over twice the legal limit.  She was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly. 

0217000293-Criminal Damage to Property- 1-6-17

Location- 28 Camino Justicia

Person Arrested- Dominic Aguilar 26 yo Santa Fe

Above listed person damaged two windows at the above location after a conflict with detention staff.  Value of damage is $2,775. Subject was booked accordingly.

Location- 100 Block of State Road 503

Victim advised that unknown suspects gained access to her Dillards credit card and charged $2000. Case is under investigation.
