Between 3:30 pm and 4:30 pm, unknown subjects forced entry into a 2002 Volkswagon passenger car that was parked in the area and took the above listed items. Case is under investigation.

On November 20, 2016 at 2:21am deputies responded to the location in reference to a female who called 911 and stated she was in danger because a male wanted to harm her. The female also gave statements to dispatch that she also wanted to harm herself. Deputies arrived on scene and looked through a window and noticed the female completely nude and crying. The female asked for help and stated the suspect was inside the residence and wanted to harm her. The female was pulled from the window and escorted to safety. The female stated that the a male forced sexual intercourse on her throughout a three day period. A suspect was located in the residence and the criminal investigations Division was contacted to take over the investigation. No further information.

Deputies were dispatched to the above location for an activated alarm. A window was found broken on the north side of the building. The business owner was contacted and he reported that $600.00 was taken from the office. Investigation to continue.

Suspect: Gregory Ways – 57 - Chimayo, NM
Charges: Driving under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs / Roadways Laned for Traffic
Dispatched advised of a reckless vehicle on US-84/285 in the Pojoaque area . The vehicle was located and observed to be failing to maintain lanes of travel. While stopping the suspect's vehicle drove over a curb. The suspect refused to complete the Field Sobriety Tests and demanded to be taken to the hospital for a blood test. Following the blood draw the suspect was booked into to ADC on the above charges.

Between 1:00 pm and 2:15 pm unknown subjects forced entry into a 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee and took the above listed items. Case is under investigation.

Between 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm, unknown suspects forced entry into a 2013 Chevy Traverse that was parked at the location and took the above listed items. Case is under investigation.

Person Arrested- Jose Maestas 20 yo Santa Fe
Deputies were dispatched to the above location regarding a domestic dispute. Through investigation, suspect was found to have threatened his mother with a knife and damaged her property. Subject was arrested and booked accordingly.

On Friday, November 18, 2016 at approximately 11:51pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to an inmate found in possession of a controlled substance. Suspect was found in possession of Suboxone. Suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

While detention staff were conducting cell searches, the above listed person was found to be in possession of a syringe and suboxone. Subject was booked accordingly.
