Charges: Driving under the influence of Intoxicating Liquor or Drugs
The suspect was contacted as she drove through a sobriety checkpoint that was being conducted on Old Las Vegas Highway. The suspect admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages and showed signs of impairment during the Standardized Field Sobriety Testing. An Intoxilyzer Test was administered with the results being .12. The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Victim: Female, 29, Espanola, NM
Suspect: Rodney Gallegos, 25, Espanola, NM
On Friday, November 11, 2016 at approximately 11:14pm, Deputies responded to location in reference to a domestic dispute. During an argument the suspect battered the victim with a knife, causing a laceration. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. Victim did not receive any life-threatening injuries as a result of this incident.

deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a domestic dispute. It was learned through the investigation that the suspect pushed the victim and broke a window. Suspect was taken into custody and transported to ADC.

Suspect: Andrea Garcia(32)
On the above date, I was dispatched to the above location in reference to a narcotics violation. Upon arrival, Corrections Officers advised the above suspect was observed dropping an object from her hand and attempting to conceal and kick the item with her foot. The item was retrieved by CO's and identified as a brown tar like substance wrapped in clear plastic. The suspect was later removed from the room and strip searched in the booking area of the jail. Upon completion of the search, two plastic packages of an orange film like substance was located on her person.

Suspect: Henry Wood
On above date the above suspect was observed failing to stop at posted stop sign and not wearing a seat belt. Upon contact, driver had an odor of an intoxicating beverage coming from his person. Driver displayed a slurred speech, blood shot watery eyes and had a hard time maintaining his balance after exiting his vehicle. Driver refused to submit to standard field sobriety tests and was read the implied consent advisory. Driver was placed under arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail without incident. Vehicle was seized.

Above listed person was found to be in possession of heroin and suboxone. Above listed attempted to conceal and dispose of the items. Also in her possession was a syringe. She was booked accordingly.

Charges: Residential Burglary, Larceny
On Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at approximately 8:30pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to a residential burglary. An unknown suspect(s) unlawfully entered the residence and removed a safe with credit cards, cash, and other documents. Investigation is ongoing.

Location: 1400 Block Bishops Lodge Road
I was dispatched to the above area, in reference to vehicle that crashed into a building. Prior to my arrival, the vehicle fled the scene. I followed the fluids from the crash to the location of the vehicle down the road. The suspect claimed he just crashed into an Elk and needed to change a tire. He had blood shot watery eyes and had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from his person. He admitted to drinking 2 small local New Mexico beers prior to driving. He refused to do SFST and chemical testing. The suspect was arrested and booked according.

On November 9, 2016 victim reported that unknown suspects had used personal information and attempted to open two online accounts. Case is under investigation.
