Above listed person was found to be in possession of marijuana while incarcerated for non related charges at the above location.  She was booked accordingly.

0216017572-Identity Theft, Fraud-11-8-16

Location- 100 Block of Calle Cal

Between November 1, 2016 and November 8, 2016 unknown suspects obtained victims personal information and attempted to open credit card accounts with Amazon.com.  Charges were also made on victims credit card in the amount of $600.  Case is under investigation.

0216017501 / Strong Arm Robbery, Larceny, Battery

Location: N. Sierra Place (Valle Vista)

Suspect: Donald Lott

Victim: 43 Year Old Male

Items taken: US Currency and a Cellular Phone

On November 7, 2016, Deputies were dispatched to N. Sierra Place in reference to a strong arm robbery.  Upon arrival it was determined the above suspect entered the residence, battered the victim and stole US Currency and a cell phone from the victim.  The case is under investigation.

Items Taken- Currency and jewelry

Value of items taken- $3,600

Between 7:00 am and 3:00 pm on November 7, 2016,  unknown suspects forced entry into the above listed residence and took the above listed items.  Case is under investigation.

Stolen: Hand and Power tools, two pull behind trailers.

Value: $ 29,400.00

On 11-07-16 the victim reported between Friday 11-04-16 and Monday 11-07-16 someone cut the lock on the gate. The unknown suspect(s) entered three separate buildings taking several hand and power tools. The unknown suspect(s) also stole two pull behind trailers. Suspect information is pending at this time.

Case#0216017494, Death Investigation 11/7/16

Deputy Handling: C.Archuleta

Location: Vista Verde Way, Edgewood, NM

Decedent: 77 Year old male

 

Deputies responded to a 77 year old male subject unconscious and unresponsive.  Medical Personnel were summonsed to the location and life saving procedures were unsuccessful. No signs of foul play were located.  The final cause of death will be determined by the Office of the Medical Investigator.

Decedent: 79 Year old male

 

79 year old male was located deceased inside his residence. Medical personnel was called to the location. Life saving procedures were unsuccessful and the decedent passed away.  No signs of foul play were located.  Final cause of death will be determined by the Office of the Medical Investigator.

Stolen: Jewelry, Cell phones, Computers, basketball shoes and jerseys.

Value: $10, 062.00

On 11-07-16 the above victim reported her residence was burglarized on 11-05-16 between 10:45am and 6:00pm. The unknown suspect(s) entered the residence by opening her sons bedroom window on the first floor. Once inside the residence the unknown suspect(s) went to the second floor bedrooms and stole the above items. Suspect information is pending at this time.

Case #0216017479, False Imprisonment

Victim: Female, 34, Edgewood, NM

Suspect: Gabriel Thomas, 32, Edgewood, NM

Charges: False Imprisonment, Battery Against a Household Member

On Sunday, November 6, 2016 at approximately 9:50pm, Deputies responded to location in reference to a domestic dispute. Suspect battered the victim, then while the victim was outside of the location, suspect took the victim back inside the location, against her will and would not allow her to leave. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. No one received any life-threatening injuries as a result of this incident.

Location 18100 block of US Highway 84/285, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect: Jonathan Vigil, 23, Rio Rancho, NM

Vehicle: 2016 red Jeep Patriot

Charges: Driving While License Revoked, Speeding

On Sunday, November 6, 2016 at approximately 11:37pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to a vehicle that had been stopped by Pojoaque Police Department for speeding. The driver had an ignition interlock license and there was not an interlock in the vehicle. Driver was non-native. Pojoaque Police Department tracked the vehicle by radar speeding in the area. The driver was run through N.C.I.C. and returned revoked with the 66-8-122G arrest clause attached. The vehicle did not have an interlock device in it. The driver was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. The vehicle was seized under the Santa Fe County Ordinance 2006-5 amended 2013-5.
