Suspect: Julia Branda – 41 - Albuquerque, NM
Charges: Battery on a Peace Officer / Probation Violation
Deputies were called to the Hilton Hotel at Buffalo Thunder for an intoxicated female. It was learned that the female had kicked both her sister and her brother-in-law. The suspect was on a probation/parole travel permit that allowed her to attend an Alcoholics Anonymous convention that was being held at Buffalo Thunder. Probation / Parole were contacted and authorized incarceration. As the suspect was being placed into a patrol car she spit on the arresting deputy.
The suspect was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility and was booked

Location: 17400 block of US Highway 84/285, Santa Fe, NM
Suspect: Daniel Trinidad-Enrriquez, 26, Santa Fe, NM
On Friday, October 28, 2016 at approximately 8:07pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to a minor who had been served an alcoholic beverage. Suspect purchased a beer and gave it to a minor, who drank the beer. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. The minor was also charged with Possession of alcoholic beverages by minors and was released to their parents.

On above date Deputies were dispatched to Goldmine Road in reference to a robbery. Victim advised his vehicle broke down and while waiting for assistance was approached by two unknown suspects who threatened physical harm if he did not turn over his cellular phone and wallet. Victim complied and the above items were taken from him. Victim was uninjured. Case is under investigation.

Location: Serenity Lane
On above date Deputies were dispatched to Serenity Lane to assist Animal Control Officers with an investigation of animal cruelty. Upon arrival it was determined the reporting party's dog had gone missing at approximately 10:15 am. After a search of the dog was conducted by the owners, the owners located the skinned pelt of their dog in an arroyo near their residence. The case is under investigation.

Location: Loma Del Tanque (Los Pinos)
On above date Deputies were dispatched to Loma Del Tanque in reference to suspicious activity. Upon arrival reporting party advised sometime between 7:00 am and 3:30 pm unknown persons came onto her property and took the ladder out of her shed and stood it up on the front of her residence. Additionally a chair next to the gate had been moved. Shoe impressions were located, nothing was observed taken from the residence.

Location: Madre Mountain Road (Rancho Viejo)
On above date Deputies were dispatched to Madre Mountain Road in reference to a burglary in progress. Upon arrival the house was cleared and area checked. No suspects were located. Upon speaking with the victim it was determined while in the master bedroom of the residence she heard the garage door slam. Victim advised she called out and she heard a male voice making a shushing noise. Victim then ran to the neighbors residence and called 911. The victim conducted a walk through with Deputies and did not find anything taken. Case is under investigation.

Location: Via Estrellas
On above date Deputies were dispatched to Via Estrella in reference to a Domestic Dispute. Upon arrival it was determined after a verbal altercation, the suspect through a kitchen knife at the victim striking him in the back of the calf. A fight over the knife ensued causing a second laceration to the victim's palm. The suspect was arrested and booked on the above charges without further incident.

Victim:82 year old female
Items Taken: Tan leather purse, small and large cow hide purse, 2 misc purses, black boots w/ Flower design, black boots with cow hide print, black boots w/ zipper in back,Blue Levi jacket w/ cartoon chara. On back, Cold Water jacket, sued western jacket. Value $950
Above victim who stated on October 27th between 7:00am and 3:00pm, an unknown suspect went into her house and stole the above items. Victim stated the suspect made entry from one of two windows on the house. Both windows were checked and had untouched dirt and spider webs on them. Unknown how suspect made entry, no sign of forced entrance. Area was check but no evidence was found on scene.

On 10-27-16 the victim reported someone three credit cards opened with three different banks. The cards were opened using the victims information. The cards were cancelled prior to any charges being made. Suspect information is pending at this time.

Arrest Location: 214 Alto Ln – Santa Fe
Suspect: Morgan Sanders - Santa Fe, NM
Charges: Resisting Evading – Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
On 10-25-16 a wallet belonging to Ms. Sanders was found and turned over to Dep. Barnett. During attempts to locate the owner of the wallet it was learned that she had a Magistrate Court Warrant for Failure to Appear. When contact was made with Ms. Sanders at her residence she attempted to run from deputies. Upon arrest she was found to be in possession of a Marijuana grinder w/residue inside.
The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charges as well as the Bench Warrant.
