Case-0216016872-Driving While under the influence of Alcohol

Location 100 BLK DLP Lane

Suspect: William Corbine (38)

On the above date I was dispatched to a reckless driver on US 84-285 near BTR. I located the above vehicle at the above address. Upon my arrival I made contact with the above suspect. The suspect was in the driver’s seat and showed signs of being impaired, bloodshot watery eyes, slurred speech, and smell of alcoholic beverage on his breath. The above suspect then started the above vehicle and backed up almost striking my unit. After the vehicle came to stop the suspect was removed from the vehicle and arrested for the above charges.

Case:0216016862-Possession of a Controlled Substance-10/26/16

Suspect: Devon Bennett (22)

On the above date jail guards found above suspect with with suboxone on her person. The above suspect gave a statement admitting that she was in possession of suboxne. The above suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

0216016828 / Possession of a Controlled Substance / 10-25-16

Location: 28 Camino Justicia (ADC)

Suspect: Andrew Garcia

On above date Deputies were dispatched to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center in reference to an inmate in possession of a controlled substance.  Upon arrival Deputies determined the above suspect was found by jail staff to be in possession of an orange film like substance consistent with suboxone.  The suspect was re-booked without further incident.

 

0216016788 / Robbery / 10-25-16

Location: Buffalo Thunder Casino parking lot

On 10-25-16 at about 12:20am a male victim was held at gunpoint by a male and female in the parking lot of the casino.  They stole his wallet and fled the area in a black in color Sport utility vehicle.  The case is under investigation.

Victim: 63 Year Old Female

On October 24, 2016, Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to an ambulance assist.  Upon arrival it was determined the victim had collapsed to the floor after complaining of chest pain.  Paramedics attempted CPR however were unsuccessful.  There were no signs of foul play.

Case #0216016746, Residential Burglary

Location: 100 block of Haozous Road, Santa Fe, NM

Victim: Male, 60, Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Residential Burglary, Criminal Damage, Larceny

On Sunday, October 23, 2016, at approximately 8:08pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to a residential burglary. An unknown suspect(s) broke several doors and windows to the residence and caused damage to items outside the residence as well as a vehicle. A K9 was removed from the residence by the suspect(s). More than $1000 in damage was caused. Investigation is ongoing.

Arrested: Rilee Sap       Age: 19       Stanley,NM

Deputies were dispatched to location in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival, through investigation it was learned that the suspect bit the victim during an argument. The suspect was arrested and transported to jail where she was booked accordingly.

Suspect: Julian Quintana     Age: 33     Santa Fe,NM

Deputies were dispatched to the jail in reference to an inmate being found to have in his possession a controlled substance. The inmate, Julian Quintana was re booked with the additional charges.

Victim: Thomas Pastinsky

Location: North of La Bajada Village near Caja Del Rio Road

On October 22, 2016, Deputies were dispatched to the above area in reference to a hang gliding crash.  Upon arrival it was determined the victim had succumbed to injuries during the crash.  There were no signs of foul play.

Suspect: Rex Stuckey

Victim: 6 year old female

Location: Log House Rd (Glorieta)

On October 22, 2016, Deputy was dispatched to the above location in reference to a child abuse report.  Upon arrival it was determined the 6 year old female advised the suspect had poked her in the lower back with his finger causing two penny size bruises.  The case is under investigation.
