On Thursday, October 20, 2016 at approximately 12:20am, Deputies responded to location in reference to a motor vehicle accident. Vehicle drove off the road and crashed into a tree. Driver was identified as the suspect. Suspect showed signs of impairment and agreed to submit to the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. During the tests, suspect showed signs of impairment and was placed under arrest. Suspect was advised the New Mexico Implied Consent advisory and agreed to submit to a breath test. Suspect provided a breath sample which showed the presence of alcohol. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Vehicle: 2016 silver Nissan Rouge
Suspect: Robert Grey, 46, Santa Fe, NM
On Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at approximately 7:43pm, Deputies responded to location in reference to a male who had just parked his vehicle and was having difficulty walking. Witnesses advised that the suspect was seen driving prior to deputies arrival. Suspect showed signs of impairment and agreed to submit to the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. Suspect showed signs of impairment during the tests and was placed under arrest. Suspect was read the New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory and agreed to submit to a breath test. Suspect provided a breath test which was 0.16 or greater. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Between 2:25 pm and 2:29 pm unknown subjects unlawfully entered the above address and took the above listed items. Case is under investigation.

Between September 1, 2016 and todays date, unknown suspects damaged a 2004 Chevy Trail Blazer and a 1998 Chevy Trail Blazer. Value of damage is $1,200. Case is under investigation.

Between 1:15 pm and 3:30 pm, unknown suspects entered the above location and took the above listed items.

Arrested: Kali Hanelt-Eustance, 19-year-old female from Santa Clara N.M.
On 10-19-16 corrections officers located suspected Heroin on inmate Hanelt-Eustance while transferring her from one cell to another.

Location: Paseo Rael / South Polo Drive Santa Fe,NM (La Cienegilla)
Deputies were dispatched to location in reference to male blocking the road, waving his arms and had a possible crowbar. Upon arrival, the male was located and during the investigation it was learned the male was driving a vehicle that had been reported stolen from Albuquerque. The male was arrested and charged accordingly.

Victim reported to Deputy that money had been withdrawn on several occasions from her bank. Victim did not know at this time the exact amount of money taken. Case is under investigation.

On this date, unknown suspects used the victims personal information to open a Visa credit card. Case is under investigation.

Location: Ojo De La Vaca and Forest Road 326
On 10-17-16 at about 10:00pm a female reported to the Sheriff's Office she had been battered by an unknown female near the intersection of Ojo de La Vaca Road and Forest Road 326. The victim stated the female suspect held a knife to her throat during the altercation. The victim sustained minor cuts to her throat and right arm. The suspect fled the scene in a silver Jeep Cherokee. The suspect has not been identified at this time.
