On above date, Deputies were dispatched to Camino Azu in reference to a larceny. Upon arrival it was learned Antiques were taken from the home while the homeowner was on vacation. The case is under investigation.

Location: I-25 MP 290 / Old Pecos Trail and Rodeo Road
On the above date Deputies were dispatched to I-25 MP 290 in reference to a wrong way driver headed north bound in the south bound lane. Shortly after RECC advised the vehicle had corrected it's course of travel and was headed south bound in the south bound lanes. A wittness was following the driver and advised the vehicle was exiting at Old Pecos Trail. Deputies located the vehicle as it exited onto Old Pecos Trail and conducted a traffic stop at Rodeo Road and Old Pecos Trail. Driver admitted to consuming one beer and one shot of whisky. Driver showed signs of impairment and was arrested and read the implied consent act. Suspect provided a breath sample which yielded a result of .09 /.07. Suspect was booked on the above charges without incident. Suspect was charged with DWI, Child Abuse and Reckless Driving.

Suspect: Monique Quintana 20 years old
On the above date, the above suspect was parked in the parking lot at the movie theater, when she was found by a security guard. The above suspect stated she had just started to ingest heroin when the security guard found her and stopped her from ingesting the heroin. The security guard called law enforcement after finding the suspect. The suspect gave a full admission of possessing a red pipe to consume heroin and having heroin rolled up in some foil. The above suspect was placed under arrest and booked according into the Santa Fe County Jail.

On above date, Deputy was dispatched to above area in reference to a report of five domestic goats being shot with and killed. Reporting party had no suspect information. Case is under investigation.

Suspect: James Black, 57, Santa Fe, NM
Charges: Criminal Damage to Property, Aggravated DWI, Careless Driving
On Saturday, October 15, 2016 at approximately 3:18am, Deputies responded to location in reference to a suspicious person. Suspect was at a residence in the area asking for help and damaged more than $1000 in property at the residence. Suspect advised he had been involved in a motor vehicle crash. Suspect had gone off of the road and crashed his vehicle. Suspect showed signs of impairment and agreed to submit to the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. Suspect showed signs of impairment and was placed under arrest for DWI. Suspect was read the New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory and agreed to submit to testing. Suspect provided a blood sample and was treated for non-life threatening injuries at the Christus St. Vincent Hospital. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. No one received any life threatening injuries as a result of this incident.

Deputies were dispatched in reference to a Larceny. Upon arrival it was determined an undisclosed amount of US Currency was stolen from the location between October 13, 2016 and October 14, 2016 at 7:30 a.m. Video surveillance is being reviewed suspects are pending. Case is under investigation.

On October 14, 2016, Deputies were dispatched in reference to a larceny. Upon arrival it was determined a female only identified as "Suzanne" was seen on video surveillance taking several pieces of jewelry from business. Case is under investigation.

Victim stated between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on the above date his vehicle was burglarized on Ojo de la Vaca waling trail parking area. Above Victim parked his vehicle in the area to go rock climbing. When above victim returned to his vehicle he found his driver side window broken and his driver door damaged. Above victim stated above items were taken from the back seat of his vehicle. Victim left the area prior to calling law enforcement. There are not suspects or witnesses at this time.
