Items taken- Jewelry and power tools

Value of items taken- $555

Between 1:30 pm on October 31, 2016 and 1:00 pm on November 2, 2016 unknown suspects forced entry into the above residence and took the above listed items.  Case is under investigation.

0216017245-Possession of a Controlled Substance, Tampering with Evidence- 11-2-16

Location- 28 Camino Justicia

Person Arrested- Maxwell Palmer 25 yo  Santa Fe

The above listed person was found to be in possession of suboxone by detention staff. Once suspect was caught with the items, he attempted to flush them down the toilet. Subject was booked accordingly.

0216017209-Burglary, Larceny- 11-1-16

Location- 100 Block of West Gutierrez

Items taken- school supplies, back pack, miscellaneous  movies and make up valued at $230

Between the hours of 3:30 pm and 3:50 pm unknown subjects entered a 2000 Red in color Chevrolet Cavalier and took the above listed items.  Case is under investigation.

0216017210-Possession of a controlled substance- 11-1-16

Location- 28 Camino Justicia

Person Arrested- Gabriella Wanderingspirit 25 yo Santa Fe

While being searched by detention staff suboxone was located in the above person's possession. She was booked accordingly.

0216017185/ Bringing Contraband Into Place of Imprisonment/ 11-01-16

Location: Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center

Arrested: Michael Bowker   age: 34

Charges: Bringing Contraband Into Place Imprisonment, Possession of a Controlled Substance to wit: Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

On 11-01-16 the above individual was placed under arrest for an Electronic Monitoring violation. While being searched, he was found to be in possession of marijuana and a hypodermic needle. The defendant admitted he knew he was going to be placed under arrest and intentionally concealed the items to take into the facility. The defendant was booked accordingly on the above charges.

On above date Deputies were dispatched to the Rancho Viejo Community Storage in reference to a stolen cargo trailer.  Upon arrival it was determined the trailer was stolen between the dates of October 28, 2016 and October 31, 2016.  The case is under investigation.

Victim: Female, 62, Santa Fe, NM

On Sunday, October 30, 2016 at approximately 20:02pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to a larceny. Unknown suspect(s) removed jewelry valued at more than $1000 from the residence. The suspect(s) are believed to have been allowed into the residence and there are no signs of forced entry into the residence. Investigation is ongoing.

Items Taken: Go Pro camera, Visio television, I-Pod, Tripod, duffle bag

Victim reported sometime on 10-28-16 at 10:30am and 10-29-2016 at 9:30pm, unknown suspect(s) gained entry into his residence through the northwest window that was left ajar and stole the above mentioned items. Case is still under investigation.

Items Taken: Purse and contents

On above date Deputies were dispatched to Berrendo Ln in reference to a burglary.  Upon arrival it was determined a purse and contents were taken from the residence.  It was also discovered the lock on the front door is inoperable and the door can be pushed in without force.  Case is under investigation.

On October 29, 2016, Deputies were dispatched to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center in reference to an inmate in possession of a controlled substance.  Upon arrival it was determined the above inmate was found in possession of suboxone, heroin and a hypodermic syringe.  The inmate was rebooked accordingly.
