Location: Coyote Loco (San Marcos)

Deputies responded to the above location in regards to a deceased male.  When deputies arrived they located the decedent in the residence.  No foul play suspected.

0216006405-Burglary (Auto), Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property- 4-29-16

Location- 100 Block of Tesuque Village Road

Items Taken- currency, purse

Between 3:40 pm and and 3:54 pm unknown subjects forced entry into a 1994 Honda Civic that was at the above location and took the above items.  Value of items is $5,270.  Case is under investigation

Location- 100 Block of La Joya Road

Items Taken- Currency

Over the past few months,  subjects took a large amount of currency from the above residence.  Case is under investigation.

Suspect; Roy Martinez  Age: 58  Chimayo

Roy Martinez was stopped for speeding and showed signs of impairment.  He was arrested and booked for felony DWI due to (4) prior DWI convictions.  B.A.C. is pending blood analysis.  His vehicle was seized pursuant ot SF County DWI Seizure Ordinance.

Case #0216006349, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Location: Camino Justicia, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect: Juan Rios-Escarcega, 20, Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Controlled Substance, to wit: Suboxone

On Thursday, April 28, 2016 at about 8:09pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to an inmate found in possession of a controlled substance. Suspect was found in possession of Suboxone and an item to use the Suboxone. Suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Items taken- Cash, gift cards, purse

Between 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm this date, unknown subjects shattered a window on a 2002 Toyota Highlander and took the above listed items.  Value of items taken is $ 1, 975.00.  Case is under investigation.

Between Tuesday April 26 at 8:00 pm and thursday April 28 at 11:40 am unknown subjects forced entry into the above location and took the above items. Value of items taken is $10,000.  Case is under investigation.

0216006287 / Indecent Exposure / 4-27-2016

Location: Madison Road    Santa Fe,NM        (Santa Fe area)

Suspect: Sergio Barraza-Guizar     Age: 34      Santa Fe,NM

Deputies were dispatched to location in reference to a possible sexual assault. Upon arrival, it was learned that the suspect had exposed his private area to the victim. Victim called Law Enforcement immediately to report the incident. Suspect admitted to confronting the victim but denied exposing himself. The suspect was arrested and taken to jail where he was booked accordingly.

On Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at 11:35pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to criminal damage to property. The suspect had damaged a sprinkler that was in his cell, causing the cell the flood. Suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Location: 28 Camino Justicia, Santa Fe, NM (Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center)

Arrested: Raymond Duran 45 yoa male, Penasco NM

Charges: Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

The above suspect was in the booking area of the above location.  During a search Detention Officers found an unloaded syringe hidden in the above suspects shoe.  The above suspect admitted to the syringe being his, and was booked into the jai on the above charge without further incident.
