Victim: Female, 24, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect: Dominic Lopez, 26, Santa Fe, NM

On Wednesday, April 13, 2016 at 11:18pm, deputies responded to location in reference to a domestic dispute. Suspect and victim were involved in a verbal argument. During the argument the victim was in fear of receiving an immediate battery. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Case #0216005471, Possession of a Controlled Substance, to wit: Heroin

Location: Camino Justicia, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect: Bethany Roybal, 27, Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance, to wit: Heroin; Bringing Contraband into Places of Imprisonment

On Wednesday, April 13, 2016 at approximately 9:09pm, deputy responded to location in reference to an inmate found in possession of a controlled substance. Inmate was found in possession of heroin and admitted to carrying it into the jail. Suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Location- 100 Block of Hondo Lane  Santa Fe, NM

Between the hours of 2:00 pm and 3:30 pm unknown subjects forced entry into the above residence.  Case is under investigation.

Above listed person had an active warrant for Failing to Appear in court. Subject was booked accordingly.

Person Arrested- Andrew Garcia 27 yo Santa Fe, NM

Above listed person had an active warrant for failing to comply with conditions of his probation.

0216005431 / Recovered stolen vehicle / 04-13-16

Deputy assigned: A. Lopez

Location: State Road 503 and Boquet Lane (Nambe area)

Vehicle: 2006 silver Subaru Outback

On 4-13-16 Deputies located a silver 2006 Subaru Qutback parked unattended at the above location.  The vehicle had been reported stolen out of Centenial Colorado.  The vehicle was recovered and the vehicle owner was notified.

Victim: Male, 57, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect: Chantelle Chavez, 26, Santa Fe, NM

On Tuesday, April 12, 2016, at approximately 11:45pm, deputies responded to location in reference to a physical domestic. Suspect and victim were invloved in a physical altercation. Suspect battered the victim with a weapon. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. Victim is being treated for his injuries.

0216005399-Possession of a controlled substance- 4-12-16

Location- 84/285 and CR 109N

Person Arrested- Lorenzo Chacon 37 yo Alcalde, NM

Deputy was dispatched to the above location regarding an intoxicated male. Upon making contact it was found that the male had a controlled substance with out a prescription as well as marijuana.  Subject was taken into custody and booked accordingly.

0216005407-Burglary, Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property-4-12-13

Items Taken- Backpack

Above item was taken out of a 2016 Jeep Cherokee at approximately 3:30 pm this date. The vehicle"s side window was broken out. Case is under investigation.

0216005354 / Fraud / 04-11-16

Location: Santa Fe County

Victim reported they purchased a Kubota tractor from Ebay and sent payment in the amount of $9,600.  The tractor was never delivered and Ebay has no record of the transaction.
