Deputy spoke with victim who advised he had purchased over six hundred dollars worth of miscallaneous car parts from a company in Arizona in December 2015.  The victim has never received the car parts and is not able to contact the company.  Case is under investigation.

Deputies were dispatched to location in reference to a domestic dispute.Upon arrival, it was determined that the suspect made an aggressive movement towards the victim as if she were going to strangle him. The suspect was arrested and was taken to jail

Arrested: Marques Williams      Age: 57      Santa Fe,NM

Driver was stopped by Deputy after observing a traffic violation. Upon contact with the driver, the deputy detected an odor of marijuana coming from within the passenger compartment of the vehicle. The driver admitted to smoking marijuana prior to be stopped. Driver submitted to field sobriety testing and was arrested after impairment was detected. Suspect complied with chemical testing and a legal blood draw was administered. The suspect was then booked into the jail accordingly.
