Victim: Male, 66, Santa Fe, NM

On Thursday, February 4, 2016 at 4:26am, Deputy responded to location in reference to a suspect who was inside the garage. A vehicle inside the garage was left in disarray by the suspect. Suspect fled the scene after victim located him. Investigation is ongoing.

0216001772 / Embezzlement of a motor vehicle / 02-03-16

Location: Residence on Rumbo Al Sur off Agua Fria Street

Vehicle: white in color 1997 Dodge Caravan (minivan) no license plate

On 02-03-16 the victim reported they allowed their ex girlfriend to use the above minivan a few days ago and now the ex girlfriend is refusing to bring the minivan back.

On today’s date victim learned that someone has been using his name and personal information recently.  A bill was sent to the victim for charges not accumulated by the victim.  Case is under investigation.

Suspect: Unknown 

Stolen: Patio set, firewood

sometime in the last week an unknown suspect(s) stole the above items from the victims residence.  Case is under investigation. Suspects pending at this time. 

0216001691 / Battery against a household member / 02-03-16

Location: Residence on Camino De Cielo, Santa Fe N.M.

Arrested: Christopher Foley, 48-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.

On 02-03-16 Mr. Foley was involved in an altercation with a family member.  Durring the altercation he battered the family member.  He was arrested on the above charge. 

0216001687 / bATTERY AGAINST A HOUSEHOLD MEMBER / 02-02-16

Location: Interstate 25 mile marker 168

Arrested: Mariah Holmes-Leyba, 19-year-old female from Santa Fe N.M.

On 02-02-16 at about 10:00pm Ms. Holmes-Leyba was involved in a physical altercation with a family member in which she battered the family member.  This occured while her and the victim were traveling on the interstate in a vehicle.  She was arrested on the above charge.

Arrested: James Carr, 46yoa, Santa Fe NM

Victim: 57yoa female, Santa Fe NM

On 2-2-16 Deputies were dispatched to the above area regarding a domestic disturbance.  Upon arrival it was learned that the victim sustained injury from a battery.  The suspect was found and arrested without incident.

Location- 100 Block of Ute Circle Santa Fe, NM

Items Taken-  weapons, cash, misc jewlery and electronics

Deputy responded to the above location.  Upon making contact with the victim, it was determined that between 7:30 am and 9:30 am this date subjects entered the above residence and took the above listed items.  Value of items is $12,000.  Case is under investigation.

Above listed person was involved in a motor vehicle crash.  It was found that above listed had an active warrant for failing to appear in court. Subject was booked accordingly.
