Location: Cities of Gold Road

Arrested: Ricardo Nieves-Plascencia AKA,- Daniel Zamora, age 23

Depuites responded to a verbal domestic at Juniper Hills MHP in Arroyo Seco, but the above suspect had left the residence.  Deputies were able to locate the subject on Cities of Gold Road.  Depuites learned the above male had four warrants for his arrest and took him into custody without incident.  He was booked into Santa Fe Adult Detention Center.

Arrested: Ceirlyn Arteaga, age 20

Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the above location.  Deputies discovered the above subject had a warrant for her arrest. She was arrested without incident and booked into the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center.

On 02-05-16 the defendant was involved in an argument with a family member over football.  During the argument the defendant battered the family member.  Defendant was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Location: Herrada Court, Santa Fe, NM, 87505 (Eldorado area)

  Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies responded to an address on Herrada Court in reference to a report of an unresponsive 76 year old male subject. Deputies arrived on scene with Santa Fe County Medics. Medics began life saving procedures, but were unsuccessful. OMI was called to the scene. The 76 year old victim had a history of medical problems. No signs of foul play were observed.

Charges: Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property

On February 5, 2016 at 12:52am, Deputy responded to location in reference to items that had been taken from the location. Suspects, who were friends of the victim, took several items belonging to the victim while helping the victim move. A vase was also broken while the suspects were taking the items. Investigation is ongoing.

Stolen: Morolla HT 1250 handheld radio

Suspect(s): Pending

 Victim reported on January 7, 2016 between 5pm and 9pm, unknown suspects stole the above mentioned item from the bay area. Value of the handheld radio is $900.00 Case is still under investigation.

  Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputies responded to an address on Foxtrail Circle in reference to a reported burglary. Contact was made with the victim who reported suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into the victims vehicles, once entry was gained the suspect(s) took an electronic and us currency from within the vehicles. The scene was processed for evidence. this case remains under investigation.
