0216002080 / Aggravated DWI, Open Container / 02-09-16

Location: Interstate 25 Mile, La Bajada Rest area, Santa, Fe, NM

Arrested: Raul Galavanflores 46 years old, Espanola, NM, 87532

  Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies responded to the area of Interstate 25 near mile marker 263 in reference to a reported vehicle that was observed swerving. The vehicle was located parked at La Bajada rest area. Contact was made with above listed driver who admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages. SFST's were administered at which time the driver showed signs of impairment. The driver was placed under arrest. The drivers vehicle was seized. The driver submitted to a breath test at which time it was discovered the drivers BRac was over a .16. The driver was charged and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

0216002004-Assault Against a Household Member, Criminal Damage to Property of a Household Member- 2-8-16

Person Arrested- Fidel Archuleta 37 yo Santa Fe, NM

Deputies were dispatched to the above address regarding a domestic dispute. It was determined that the above person assaulted his mother and damaged a door to her residence. Subject was booked accordingly.

Item Taken- 1997 White in color Ford F-250 pickup

Deputy was dispatched to the above address, upon making contact with the vehicle owner, it was found that suspect took the above vehicle without permission on February 6, 2016. Case is under investigation.

While on routine patrol, Deputy noticed the above listed parked on the side of the roadway. Deputy did a welfare check and found the above listed person to be intoxicated.  Subject was booked accordingly.

Suspect: Unknown

Narrative: Unknown suspect broke a driver’s side window of a vehicle that was parked overnight on Tesuque Village Rd.  Stolen from the back seat of the vehicle was a piece of artwork with a value of approximately $ 2,000.00.

Suspect: Jesse Abbot – 38 - Albuquerque, NM

Charges: Burglary (X2) / Battery (X2) / Larceny / Criminal Damage to Property

Narrative:  Two victims confronted the suspect who in turn battered them causing damage to one victims glasses.  It was learned that the suspect had broken into two vehicles, stealing several items including the battery from one of the vehicles.  The suspect had departed the area before the arrival of deputies but an alert citizen was able to give information that the suspect was at a nearby convenience store.  The suspect was located at the store and was arrested on the above charges.

Deputies were dispatched to the above address regarding a domestic dispute.  It was determined that the above person battered her boyfriend.  She was booked accordingly.
