Victim reported she had misplaced her phone while at the Opera. Checking a find my Iphone app,  the victim found the phone was no longer at the Opera and being used. Case is under investigation.

Stolen: Toshiba Laptop, Grandfather Clock

Victim reported an unknown person gained entry to her vehicle and stole the above listed items. No forced entry was located at the scene. Case is under investigation.

Charges: Warrant out of Colfax County Failure to appear for a traffic offense

Subject was stopped for a traffic violation. Deputy learned the above subject had an active warrant. Subject was arrested and booked without incident.

The above subject was stopped for a traffic violation, when it was discovered the subject had an active warrant for his arrest. Subject was arrested and taken to the jail.

Victim reported an unknown suspect stole his vehicle between August 27 and August 31. The vehicle was entered into NCIC and case is under investigation.

Deputy advised between August 29, 2015 and August 31, 2015 an unknown person used a sharp object to slash the tires to his vehicles. Case is under investigation.

 Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a reported Identity theft. Contact was made with the victim at his address. Victim stated he learned that suspect(s) used his identity in Santa Fe County when the victim was out of town. This case remains under investigation.

 Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputies responded to an address on Santa Fe County Road 84 in reference to a possible burglary. Contact was made with the complainant who stated unlawful entry was gained into his place of work. The complainant advised it appeared that nothing was taken. This case remains under investigation.

Victim reports between the dates of August 25, 2015 and August 28, 2015 the above items were stolen.  They were taken from a safe at the above location.  Case still pending further investigation.
