Case#: 0215012126/ Burglary, Larcency, Possession of Burglary Tools/Date: 08-03-2015

Location: Arroyo Cuyamungue, Santa Fe, New Mexico (Cuyamungue Area)

Stolen: Witt Commercial Refrigerator

Arrested: Juliana Pina 27 yoa female, Santa Fe, NM/ Bart Dimarco 43 yoa male, Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Commercial Burglary, Larceny, and Possession of Burglary Tools

Deputies responded to the Old Allsup's at the above location in reference to unknown person(s) inside the abandoned building.  The above suspects were located inside the building with burglary tools.  Both suspects admitted to entering the building without permission and intending to remove metal and copper for resale.  They also admitted to taking the above item, which was located in their vehicle.  Both suspects were arrested and booked on the above charges without further incident. 

0215012121, Aggravated Battery Against a Household Member, 8/3/15

Suspect: Tony King  Age: 25   Edgewood

Tony King was arrested for Aggravated Battery against a Household Member after Deputies responded to a Domestic Dispute and learned he had battered a household member with a cordless drill as well as his hands.  Victim suffered moderate injury.  He was charged and booked accordingly.

Case#: 0215012088/Unlawful Taking of a Motor Vehicle/Date: 08-02-2015

Location: Caminito Del Rincon, Santa Fe, NM (Nambe Area)

Stolen: 1975 Blue AMC Hornet

Victim reports that unknown suspect unlawfully stole the above vehicle from the above address.  Victim last saw the vehicle on Friday, July 31, 2015 at approximately 7:55 am.  Vehicle was entered into NCIC.  Case still pending further investigation. 

Case #0215012023, Larceny

Victim: Male, 29, Santa Fe, NM

On Saturday, August 1, 2015, victim advised while delivering a package in the area an unkndown suspect(s) removed an electronic item valued at more than $2500 from the area. Investigation is ongoing. 

Case #0215011957, Theft of Credit Card

Location: Apache Ridge Road, Santa Fe, NM

Victim: Female, 50, Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Theft of Credit Card, Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card

On Friday, July 31, 2015 victim reported to deputy that an unknown suspect(s) used her stolen credit card to make purchases totalling more than $2500 between March 2015 and June, 2015. Investigation is on going.

0215012083 - Aggravated Assault - 08-02-15

Location: Rattlesnake Rd. – La Cienega Area

Suspect / Arrested Person: Jose Corriz – 61 – Santa Fe

Suspect became jealous when he believed that another man was flirting with his girlfriend.  Suspect took three steak knives from the kitchen and stated that he was going to stab the other man.  The suspect’s girlfriend took the knives from him and sat on him till law enforcement arrived.

The suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility for Aggravated Assault (with a deadly weapon).

0215012080 - Driving on a Revoked License - 08-02-15

Location: NM-14 and Studio Rd

Suspect / Arrested Person: Jesus Alvarez – 28 – Albuquerque, NM

Suspect was stopped for a traffic infraction.  Upon investigation it was learned that the suspect was operating the vehicle while his driver’s license was suspended or revoked.

Subject was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility for Driving on a Revoked License and Roadways Laned for Traffic.

 

 

0215012079 - Battery Against a Household Member - 08-02-15

Location: Lucy Rd

Suspect / Arrested Person: Kevin Romero

Suspect was involved in a violent domestic with his girlfriend.  Both the suspect and his girlfriend had been consuming alcoholic beverages.  The domestic became heated to the point that the suspect punched his girlfriend in the face to the extent that she blacked out.  Santa Fe County Medics transported the girlfriend to the hospital to be treated for her injuries.

The suspect was arrested and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility where he was booked for Battery Against a Household Member.

0215012003, Aggravated DWI, 7/31/15

Deputy Assigned: C. Cullison

Location: US 84/285 / Viarrial St.  Pojoaque

Suspect: John Gulas  Age: 57  Santa Fe

John Gulas was arrested for Aggravated DWI after being stopped for a traffic lane violation and showing signs of impairment.  A Breath Test revealed that his BrAC was .16 or greater.  He was charged and booked without incident.

0215012000, Burglary, Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property 7.31.15

Deputy Assigned: Paul Colombe

Location: 17600 Block of US 84/285 (Cuyamungue)

Stolen: Jewelry, Dell Laptop, Apple Ipod, Cash and Coins

Deputies responded to above location in regards to a residential burglary.  When deputies arrived the victim told them between the hours of 8:30 am and 2:00 pm, an unknown person gained entry into the residence.  The above items were taken from the residence, this case is still under investigation.  No suspects have been identified.
