Stolen: Electronics

  Santa Fe County Sheriff Deputies responded to an address on County Road 102 in reference to a burglary. Contact was made with the victim who stated on July 15 he noticed forced entry into his home. The victim did not notice until todays date that electronics were misssing from withiin his home. This case remains under investigation.

02150011903 / Possession of a controlled substance / 07-30-15

Location: # 28 Camino Justicia, Santa Fe, NM, 87507 ( Santa Fe area)

Arrested: Vanity Baca,  27 years old, Santa Fe, NM, 87532

 Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputies responded to the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center in reference to a reported inmate found in possession of a narcotic. Contact was made with staff who advised during a pat down search of the above listed inmate a suspected narcotic was located. The suspected narcotic was tested by Deputies at which time the substance did test positive for a narcotic. The inmate was charges accordingly.

Location: 1700 block of Roys Way, Santa Fe, NM

Victim: Female, 33, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect: George Musmacher, 52, Santa Fe, NM

On Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at 6:31 am, Deputies responded to location in reference to a domestic dispute. Suspect battered the victim during an argument. Suspect then left the area. Victim did not suffer any life threatening injuries. Suspect has a warrant for his arrest.

Location- 3000 Block of NM 14 Santa Fe

Victim- 75 yo male santa fe

On this date, deputies were dispatched to the above address.  Upon investigation, it was determined that the victim had used his debit card at the above location. Between the dates of July 20 and July 21 unknown subjects made five unauthorized transactions in the amount of $614.75. Case is under investigation

Location: Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility

Arrested Person:  James Black – 32 – Santa Fe, NM

The suspect, an inmate at the Adult Detention Facility, was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance after a detention officer found him to be in possession of a strip of Suboxone.

Stolen: Multiple firearms

  Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies responded to an address on Horseshoe Loop in reference to a reported larceny. Contact was made with the victim who advised Deputies that sometime between March 2015 and July 2015 suspect(s) unlawfully took multiple firearms from within in his home. The victim believes the firearms were stolen from someone who had permission to me at his home. This case remains under investigation.

  Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputies responded to an address on Brown Castle Ranch Road in reference to a reported burglary. Contact was made with the victim who advised between July 27, 2015 at 7:30 p.m. and July 28, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into the victims vehicle. Once entry was gained suspect(s) took US currency and various personal items of the victim. This case remains under investigation.

Case#0215011715 Driving while license revoked 07-27-15

Location: US 84/285 Mile Post 169 ( Tesuque)

Arrested: Jesus Roybal 24 yoa male (Espanola)

Suspect was observed driving his vehicle in a fashion which was very close to another vehicle or tailgating the vehicle. The suspect was identified as the driver an found to be operating while his license was revoked due to a prior DWI. Suspect was arrested and taken to the Santa Fe County Jail without incident. The Vehicle was siezed in accordance with Santa Fe County Ordinance. 

Case #0215011720 Revoked Driver's License 07-27-15

Location: NM 14/ Camino Justicia

Arrested:Chad Solis (Santa Fe NM)

On above date the listed suspect was traffic stopped and found to have a revoked license for a prior DWI. The Suspect was arrested and the vehicle which he was driving was siezed in accordance with Santa Fe County Ordinance.

Arrested Person- 35 year old Genevieve Viarreal-Gallegos Santa Fe

On the above date, deputy was dispatched to the above location. Upon investigation, it was determined that arrested person had brought a controlled substance into the facility upon her return from court.   Subject was re booked.
