Location: 3900 Block of an Agua Fria St.
Arrested: Courtney Fuentes 18 yoa female (Santa Clara Pueblo)
On the above date Santa Fe RECC received a call of two people fighting in the roadway of Agua Fria St. Upon arrival two people were located. Investigation revealed the suspect battered her boyfriend by scratching his face after he advised her he was cheating on her. Suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center without incident.

Location: Hyde Park Road- Santa fe County
Deputies responded to a call in regards to an auto burglary that occured on Friday July 24, 2015 at an unreported specific location on Hyde Park Road. The victim advised she was somewhere on Hyde Park road when she left her vehicle unlocked while camping and unknown person(s) unlawfully entered her vehicle and stole US currency and medication. The victim also reported that her windshield was broken (Not where entry was made) as a result of the burglary.This case is currently under investigation.

Depuites responded to a residence on Antonio Lane in regards to a residential burglary. The victim reported three firearms were stolen from his residnce within the last three months. No force entry was noticed at the residence. Case is still under investigation.

Location: South Mountain Road (Edgewood, NM)
Deputies responded to a residential burglary at the above address. The caretaker was unable to indicate if any items had been removed from the residence, although sevral drawers had been rumaged through in the residence. The rear door to the residence had been damaged to gain entry into the residence. Case is still under investigation.

Location: 10 Cities of Gold Road (Cities of Gold Casino)
Stolen: Andriod Turbo Cell Phone
Arrested: Bobby Martinez, age 56, Espanola, NM
Deputies respondd to the Cities of Gold Casino regarding the theft of a cell phone. When they arrived the above suspect admitted to taking the celluar phone from the victim. The celluar phone had a value of $660.00, the celluar phone was not located. The above suspet was arrested and book at ADC.

Location: George Hayes Sr. Place – Pojoaque
Arrested person: Luis Calderon – 33 – Santa Fe, NM
Deputy responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle in the area. Deputy located the subject in his vehicle which was sitting in the middle of a road. Upon investigation the subject was determined to be impaired by alcohol. A breathalyzer test was given and the results were .30 and .30. Subject was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility for DWI.

Location: El Cuerro Way, Santa Fe, NM (Rancho Viejo Area)
Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a 60 year old male unresponsive, not breathing, and no pulse. There were no signs of foul play or trauma. OMI was called to investigate and took over the investigation. Case still pending further investigation.

Stolen: Cannondale R-500 and Cervelo RS Bicycle
Value: $ 4500.00
The bicycles were stolen from the front of an recreational vehicle parked at the RV park on Brown Castle Ranch Road. Case is still under investigation, no suspects have been identified.

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a larceny. The victim reports between January 1, 2015 and June 1, 2015, unknown suspect(s) stole a piece of pottery having a value over $1,000.00 from inside his home. There were no signs of forced entry. This case is currently under investigation.
