0215011236, Burglay, Larceny, 7.20.2015

Deputy Assigned: Paul Colombe

Commander Entering: Lt. W. Pacheco

Location: Hampton Road (Old Las Vegas Highway)

Stolen: Cash and Jewelry

Deputies responded to the above location in regards to a residential burglary.  The victim indicated an unknow person entered the residence and stole cash and several items of jewelry.  No suspects have been identified and case is still under investigation.

0215011174, Felony DWI, 7/19/15

Deputy Assigned: C. Cullison

Commander Entering: Lt. M. Post

Location: I-25 Milepost 281  Santa Fe

Suspect: Eric Rivera  Age: 37  Santa Fe

Eric Rivera was arrested for a 4th offense (Felony) DWI after being stopped for traffic lane violation and showing signs of impairment.  He refused chemical testing and a Search Warrant was served for a blood test.  Bac results are pending.  He was booked accordingly.

SFCSO Case 3 0215011167/ Burglary, Larceny and Criminal damage to property/ 07-19-2015

Commander entering; Cpl. James C. Yeager

Deputy assigned: Deputy Michael Weiss

Locxation: Camino Perdido Espanola, NM 87532(Santa Fe County)

Deputies reponded to the above location in reference to a burglary. The victim reported they arrived home to find their residence burglarized. The victim reports forced enrty was made into the residence by unknown suspect(s) and electronics were stolen from the residence. This case is currently under investigation.

SFCSO Case#0215011166/ Burglary, Larceny and Criminal Damage to property/ 07-19-2015

Commander entering: Cpl. James C. Yeager

Deputy assigned: Deputy Paul Colombe

Location: Ute Circle Santa Fe, New Mexico 87505

Deputies responded to the above location in regards to an activated residential alarm. Upon arrival, deputies observed a rear door that had broken by forced entry. The glass portion of the door was shattered by an unknown object and unknown suspect(s) gained entry. During the investigation, it was determined that a safe containing jewelry, credit cards, vehicle titles and ammunition was stolen. This case is currently under investigation.

SFCSO Case # 0215011165/ Burglary, Larceny and Criminal damage to property/ 07-19-2015

Location Coyote Crossing Santa Fe, New Mexico 87506

Deputies responded to the above location in regards to an activated residential alarm. Once deputies arrived, it was determined that the residence had been burglarized. Forced entry was made into the residence and stole costume jewelry and one other household item. This case is currently undser investigation.

SFCSO Case #0215011164/ Driving while revoked and Failure to stp at red light/ 07-19-2015

Deputy assigned: Deputy Joe vigil

Location: Rancho Viejo Blvd and New Mexico State Road 14 Santa fe, NM 87508

Arrested: Villegas, Miguel; 37 years of age, Santa Fe, NM 87505

Deputies observed the above stated driver proceed through a red light at the above location. A traffic stop was initiated and it was determined that the driver's license was revoked as a result of a previous DWI. The driver was arrested and the vehicle was seized as per SF County ordinance 2006-5, ammended 2013-5.

0215011138 - Battery Against a Household Member - 07-19-15

Deputy assigned: T. Durham

Commander entering: Cpl. R. J. Clark

Location: Camel Rock Casino

Suspect: Carlos Gutierrez-Pacheco – 23 – Santa Fe, NM

The suspect became angry and jealous when he though he saw information about another man on his girlfriend’s cell phone.   In the attempt to get her cell phone the suspect grabbed his girlfriend by the arm and held her against a wall. When the girlfriend tried to get her cell phone back the suspect slapped her several times on her arm.

The suspect was arrested and booked into jail for Battery Against a Household Member, False Imprisonment and Larceny

Case#: 0215011149/Aggravated Burglary, Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property/Date: 07-19-2015

Deputy Assigned: Deputy Dustin Bingham

Commander Entering: Corporal Deborah Anaya

Location: 300 Block of County Road 84, Santa Fe, NM (El Rancho Area)

Stolen: S&W SD40 .40cal Semi-Auto, Ithica double barrel 12 gauge, 32' 3D TV, and Drawer with various knives  Total estimated value: $1,300.00

Victim reports at the above location unknown person gained unlawful forced entry.  Entry was gained by breaking a bedroom window sometime between the hours of 8am and 11:30am.  Once inside the above items were stolen.  Damage to the window was valued at $200.00.  Case still pending further investigation.

0215011122, Death Investigation 07.18.15

Deputy Assigned: Eric Eccles

Location: Calle Lazo Errante (Airport Road Area)

Deceased: Alex Romero, Age 50

Deputies responded to an unresponsive male at the above location.  Medical personnel attempted to revive the male to no avial.  There is no foul play in this investigation.

Case # 0215011083 Agg. Burglary 07-17-15

Location: 200 Block of Rancho Alegre Road (NM 14 Area)

Victim advised on July 11,2015 an unknown person entered her residence and guest house and stole several items to include silverware, two flatscreen televisions, and a black handgun. Case is open and pending further investigation.
