Location- Ensenada Drive Santa Fe

Deputy responded to the above location in reference to an identity theft. Upon investigation, it was determined that suspects gained access to victims Sam's Club credit card and changed information within the account. Case is under investigation.

0215011051-Burglary-Larceny-Criminal Damage to property-07-17-2015

Location- State Road 592 Tesuque, NM

Items taken- Power and hand tools

On the above date, deputy was dispatched to the above address.  Upon investigation, it was found that between 4:30 p.m. on 7-16-15 and 7:15 a.m. 7-17-15 unknown subjects entered a building on the property by force and took the above listed items.  Value of items taken is over six thousand dollars.  Case is under investigation.

0215011043, Possession of controlled Substance, 7/16/15

Location: US 84/285 Milepost 179  Pojoaque

Suspect: Adam Tafoya  Age: 42  Albuquerque

Adam Tafoya was arrested for possession of a syringe containing heroin during a traffic stop when he was observed reaching under the passenger seat and consent to search was given by the driver..  He was booked accordiingly.

SFCSO Case #0215011028/ Burglary and Larceny/ 07-16-2015

Location: Jerry Hatchet Road Santa Fe, NM 87506

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a residential burglary. The victim reported he came home and discovered electronics, clothing accesories and food was stolen from inside his residence. No signs of forced entry were observed. This case is currently under investigation.

SFCSO Case #0215011010/ Breaking and Entering and Criminal damage to property/ 7-16-2015

Location: Arroyo Griego Road Santa Fe, New Mexico 87506

Deputies responded to the above residence in regards to a a possible burglary. The victim reported just after 12:00pm on today's date he received a call from his alarm company advising him the alarm had been activated. He arrived home to find his front and locking mechanism to be damaged and the front door open. The victim found two custom paintings that were on the wall close to the door had fallen off the wall. No items were reported stolen. This case is currently under investigation.

On the above date, deputy was dispatched to the above address.  Upon investigation it was determined that unknown suspects gained entry into the residence through a balcony door sometime between May 16, 2015 and May 17, 2015 and took the above item.  Value of item taken is $750.  Case is under investigation.

SFCSO Case # 0215010951/ Burglary, Larceny and Criminal Damage to Property/ 07-15-2015

Location 900 block of Camino Vista Aurora Santa Fe, New Mexico 87507

Deputies responded to the above location in regards to a residential burglary. The victim advised between the hours of 8:30am to 3:30 pm on today's date (07-15-2015) unknown suspect(s) made forced entry into the residence and stole miscellenous costume jewelry, old phones and keys. The estimated value of the items stolen is $300.00. Evidence was collected at the scene and the investigation is on-going.

On Wednesday, July 15, 2015 at 9:50 AM, Deputies responded to location in reference to a burlgary. An unknown suspect(s) entered the building without forced entry and removed food, sunglasses, a fire extinguisher, and a money box, which did not contain any money. Investigation is ongoing.

Suspect: Melissa Archuleta, 41, Espanola, NM

Charges: Possession of a controlled substance, to wit: Heroin; Possession of a controlled substance, to wit: Cocaine; Possession of a controlled substance, to wit: Marijuana

On Wednesday, July 15, 2015 at 12:45 PM, Deputy responded to location in reference to the suspect having been found in possession of Heroin, Cocaine, and Marijuana. Suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

0215010849 / Driving Under the Influence / 07-14-15

Deputy Assigned:  Cpl. R. J. Clark

Commandeer Entering:  Cpl. R. J. Clark

Location: I-25 Southbound at the 273 Mile Marker

Suspect:  Isaac Nieto – 25 – Santo Domingo Pueblo

Suspect was stopped by Santa Fe City Police for investigation of a Domestic Violence incident.

During the initial investigation the suspect was observed to be impaired. Suspect was subsequently arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.
