SFCSO Case # 0215010601/ Burglary and Larceny/ 07-09-2015

Location: W. Chili Line Road Santa Fe, NM 87507 (Rancho Viejo Subdivision)

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a residential burglary. Contact was made with the complainant who identified herself as the broker to the residence as the residence is for sale. The complainant advised between the dates of July 2, 2015 to July 9, 2015 unknown person(s) unlawfully entered the residence and stole four (4) appliances in the kitchen. The appliances are stove tops, microwaves and a stainless steel oven. No signs of forced entry were noted at the scene. This case is currently under investigation.

SFCSO Case # 0215010613/ Burglary (Auto), Larceny and Credit card fraud/ 07-09-2015

Location: 100 Caja Del Rio Road Santa Fe, New Mexico 87507 ( Dog Park)

Deputies responded to the above stated location in reference to an auto burglary. The victim advised she arrived at the dog park at approzimately 4:45pm on today's date and stayed for approximately fifteen (15) minutes when she observed an unidentifed hispanic male by her vehicle. When she got to her vehicle, she observed her purse missing from the front passenger seat of the vehicle. It was determined that a credit card stolen with the purse were inside the vehicle was used at a local Allsup's store. This case is currently under investigation.

SFCSO Case #0215010618/ Breaking and entering and Suspicious activity/ 07-09-2015

Location: Second Street Cerrillos, NM 87010

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a breaking and entering. Upon arrival, deputies spoke to the victim who advised she left her residence at 11:00am and returened at 1:30pm. The victim advised she observed her back door slightly ajar and her locking mechanism tampered with. The investigation revealed the mechanism had been tampered with but the victim advised nothing was stolen. The victim suspects a neighbohood resident. This case is still under investigation.

Location: La Cueva Road, Santa Fe, NM, 87535 ( Glorieta)

Stolen: electronic

  Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies repsonded to an address on La Cueva Road in reference to a reported burglary. Contact was made with the victim who stated on todays date between the hours of 11:30am and 3:30 pm suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into the vicitms home. Once entry was gained suspect(s) took an electronic from within the home. This case remains under investigation.

On the above date deputies responded to the above location regarding a burglary.  Entry was gained into the residence between the hours of 1030 p.m. and 4:30 a.m.and the above items were taken. Case is under investigation.

0215010498-DWI, Immediate notice of crash-Roadways laned for traffic- 07-09-2015

Location- Paseo Rael Santa Fe

Arestee- Robert Cruz

On the above date, deputy was on routine patrol when he rolled up on a motor vehicle crash.  The above subject had left the scene and was located at his residence. Subject showed signs of impairment and was arrested and booked into the adult detention facility.

Location- Camino Justicia-Adult Detention Facility Santa Fe

Arrestee- Lauren Herrera 30 yo female Santa Fe

On the above date, subject was caught attempting to pass narcotics through a visitation window at the jail. Subject admitted to bringing the narcotics into the jail with the intent to pass through the visitation window. Subject was arrested and booked into the detention facility.

0215010563 / Battery against a household member / 07-08-15

Location: Residence on Camino Vista Aurora

Arrested: Jacob Romero, 31-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.

On 07-08-15 the above defendant was involved in an altercation with a family member. During the course of the altercation he battered the family member. He was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail on the above charge.

Location: Residence in the Juniper Hills Mobile Home Park located off US 84/285 in Arroyo Seco

Stolen: 50" flat screen TV, 22" flat screen TV and a Sony Playstation. Total value of $1,150.00

On 07-08-15 between the hours of 8:00PM and 10:00PM someone entered the victim's home by forcing open a window and stole the above listed items.

Location:  Cities of Gold Road Santa Fe, New Mexico 87506

Deputies responded to the above listed location in reference to an auto burglary. The victim was attending church services at 7:00pm on today's date and when she left the church at 8:30, she noticed that her passenger side window was shattered. The victim reported a purse, several credit cards and miscellenous making to be stolen totalling $500.00.

No witnesses were located or identified at the scene. This case is currently under investigation.
