Elefio Benavidez was arrested for Battery against a Household Member after deputies responded to a domestic dispute and learned that he had pushed a household member to the ground. Minor injury to victim was reported.

Suspect: James Maness (42 yoa male)
Victim 14 yoa male
Deputies were dispatched to the above address in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival the suspect had fled the scene in a green/ blue 95 Mazda Truck with a camper shell. Investigation revealed the suspect had became upset with his son and struck him several times. A warrant has been issued for the suspects arrest.

Arrested: Thomas Martinez 45 Yoa Male (Santa Fe NM )
The above driver was arrested after his vehicle was failing to maintain its traffic lane. The driver submitted to field sobriety tests and showed multiple signs of impairment . Driver submitted to a blood draw and those results are pending. Driver was booked into the jail without incident.

Victim reported that between 9:30pm and 10:00pm some entered her residence and took $360.00 from her purse. There were no signs of forced entry to the residence.
The incident is under investigation

Location: 1300 block of Alamo Rd.
Victim stated he was missing a silver metal lock box that contained personal papers and documents.
The lock box was found discarded in the back yard by the investigatiing deputy.
The incident is under investigation.

Victim: Female, 41, Santa Fe, NM
Vehicle: 2007 Silver Chevy Impala
On Sunday, July 5, 2015 at 8:08 AM, Deputies were dispatched to location in reference to a stolen motor vehicle. Victim advised she had lent the vehicle to a family member on Thursday, July 2, 2015 and the family member was supposed to return the vehicle the same day. The family memeber has not been in touch with the victim and has not made any attempt to return the vehicle. Investigation is ongoing.

Location: Mile Marker 284 on Interstate 25
Arrested: Harry Strohm (62 yoa male Santa Fe NM)
Deputies were dispatched to the Interstate in reference to a reckless driver who was possibly intoxicated. Deputy located vehicle which was failing to maintain a single lane of travel. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver smelled heavily of an intoxicating beverage. SFST's were conducted and driver showed signs of impairment. Driver was arrested an refused a breath test. Driver was booked into the jail without further incident.

Location: Dinosaur Trail, Santa Fe, NM (SR 14 Area)
Arrested: Anna Agruello 37 yoa female, Santa Fe, NM
Charges: DWI, Careless Driving, Consumption or Possession of Alcoholic Beverages in open containers, and Mandatory proof of financial responsibility
Deputies responded to a single vehicle rollover at the above location. Upon contact with the driver an odor of an alcoholic beverage was emitting from her person. Due to the driver's injuries no SFST's could be preformed, but driver did consent to a legal blood draw after being read the NM Implied Consent Advisory. While conducting an inventory of the vehicle an open bottle of Vodka was located along with several different types of pills in non-identifible pill bottle. Driver was transported to the hospital and treated for her injuries. Once released she was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center without further incident. Blood result pending.

Location: Firehouse Road and Placitas, Espanola, NM
Suspect: Juliana Torres, 53, Espanola, NM
Victim: Male, 35, Santa Fe, NM
Charges: Battery On Health Care Worker, DWI, Open Container
On Saturday, July 4, 2015 at 12:57 AM, at location deputies were approached by suspect who had driven the vehicle to location. Suspect showed signs of impairment and refused to submit to the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. Suspect was read the New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory and agreed to submit to chemical testing. Suspect was taken to the Christus Saint Vincent Hospital for a medical clearance and a legal blood draw. While at the hospital the suspect hit one of the medical staff members with her hand. No one was injured as a result of this incident. The suspect had at least one prior DWI on her record and the vehicle was seized. An open container of liqour was located inside the vehicle prior to the vehicle being towed from the scene. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detnetion Facility without incident.

Location: U.S. 285 Mile Marker 288
Arrested: Orlando Griego, Age 60, Santa Fe NM
The above suspect was stopped for speeding. Upon speaking with the driver, the deputy smelled an odor of an intoxicating beverage coming from the driver. The driver admitted to consuming two beers prior to driving. The driver submitted to SFST's and was arrested on the above charges. He submitted to the IR8000 breath machine and blew a .12 .11, he was transported to the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center.
