SFCSO Case # 0215008729/ DWI, Speeding and No insurance/ 06-09-2015

Arrested: Quintana, James, 47 years of age, Santa Fe, NM 87501

On today's date, the above vehicle was stopped for a traffic infraction, speeding and upon contact with the driver (Listed above), an odor of an intoxicating beverage emitted from the drivers expelled breath. The driver admitted to consuming more than one alcoholic beverage prior to operating his vehicle and signs of impairment were noted during the investigation. The driver was placed under arrest and it was learned that he did not possess a valid drivers license or valid insurance for the vehicle. The driver was booked accordingly without incident.

Case #0215008650, Attempt to Commit a Felony, to wit: Burglary (Residential)

Victim: Male 39, Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Attempt to Commit a Felony, to wit: Burglary (Residential), Breaking & Entering

On Tuesday, June 9, 2015 at 1:09 AM, Deputy responded to location in reference to an attempted residential burglary. An unknown suspect attempted to pry open one of the doors to the residence, causing damage to the door. Access was not gained to the residence. The unknown suspect also pried open the door to a shed on the property, causing damage to that door. The unknown suspect also entered an unsecured vehicle parked at the location and was observed at location by the victim. Unknown suspect fled from the scene. Nothing appeared to have been removed from the location. Investigation is ongoing.

0215008706 / Attempted Burglary / 6-9-2015

Location: Buffalo Street     Pojoaque    (Santa Fe County)

Victim reported to Deputy that an unknown person attempted to pry off the screens to several windows at his home. Victim stated no entry was gained and no theft was done. Case is under investigation into possible suspects.

Victim reported to Deputy that that unknown persons opened a paypal account using the victims personal information. The victim stated the account was overdue with an undisclosed amount owed. Case is under investigation.

0215008728-possession of a deadly weapon by a prisoner-6-9-15

Suspect Information-  35 year old Male Chris Blattner Albuquerque, NM

 

On this date, Deputy was dispatched to the detention center.  Upon investigation, it was determined that the suspect had made a shank out of razor wire and had it in his possession in his cell. Subject was charged and booked accordingly.

0215008641-battery against a household member- criminal damage to property of a household member- 6-8-15

Location: Calle Cascabela, Santa Fe

Victim- 30 year old female

Suspect- 30 year old Neal Aragon of Santa Fe

 

On above date, Deputies were dispatched to the above address.  Upon arrival and after an investigation was completed, it was determined that the above suspect had battered the victim as well as damaged several windows throughout the residence. Suspect was arrested.

On Monday, June 8, 2015 at 4:12 PM, Deputies responded to location in reference to an embezzlement. Victim advised a former employee had embezzled an unknown amount of money by altering the payroll for the past several years. Investigation is ongoing.

Victim: Male, 49, Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Robbery, Cosnpiracy, Criminal Damage to Property

On Monday, June 8, 2015 at 12:52 PM, Deputies responded to location in reference to a robbery. Victim was photographing a vehicle at location. Unknown suspect(s) removed the camera from the victim's possession and began to strike the victim. Suspect(s) also caused damage to the victim's vehicle by breaking one of the windows to his vehicle. Suspect(s) left the area with the camera in their possession. Victim was treated for his non-life threatening injuries. Investigation is ongoing.

Items Taken- Electronics

 

On the above date between the hours of 6:30 a.m. and 4:15 p.m. suspects entered the residence by breaking a window. Upon entering, suspects took electronics. Case is under investigation.

0215008602, Unlawful taking of Motor Vehicle, 6/8/15

Victim reports 2002  white Cadillac Escalade, Pick-up version bearing NM 555-RYX was taken from victim's home this date at approximately &;30 am.   Vehicle was left running and unattended. Vehicle entered into NCIC as stolen.  Case is under investigation.
