SFCSOI Case # 0215008470/ Missing person/ 06-06-2015

Location: Downtown Santa Fe, but missing resides in Santa Fe County.

Missing: John Spira, 21 years of age, 6'2, 174lbs and brown short hair. Last seen in the area of the plaza downtown Santa Fe, NM. Lasr seen wearing a grey or black "V" neck t-shirt, black pants, and grey shoes

 

Deputies responded to a call for service in regards to the above male being missing. The male's father stated he was walking with his son and mother downtown when they got seprated. The father is concerned for his son's safety as he has a substance abuse problem. Deputies searched the area, surrounding agencies were notified and the missing male was entered into NCIC (National Crime Information Center) as missing. If you see this individaul or know of his where abouts please contact law enforcement.

Location: 28 Camino Justicia, Santa Fe, NM (ADC)

Arrested: Kayln Cannon, Age 24, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies responded to the Santa Fe County jail in reference to an inmate found with narcotics.  Detention Officer located the narcotics on the susprcts person after being booked into the jail.  Suspect was rebooked on the above charges.

Victim: Female, 67, Espanola, NM

Charges: Burglary (Residential), Larceny

On Friday, June 5, 2015 at 2:27 PM, Deputy responded to location in reference to a residential burglary. An unknown suspect(s) entered the residence and removed electronic items, jewelry, and medication from the residence. Investigation is ongoing.

Location: 400 block of Paseo Rael, Santa Fe, NM (La Cienegilla Area)

Stolen: Various Jewelry, and 3 I-phone charges Total Estimated Value $1000.00

Victim reports at sometime between the dates of May 18, 2015 and June 1, 2015 unknown person(s) gaine unlawful forced entry into the above location.  Entry was gained by shattering a master bedroom window.  Once inside the above items were taken.  Case still pending further investigation. 

0215008410, Aggravated Burglary, Aggravated Assault 06.4.15

Location: North Horizon Lane, (State Road 599) Santa Fe, NM

June 4, 2015, Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a burglary in progress.  When depuites arrived and spoke with the victims, who reported an unknown male knocked on the door and forced his way into the residence armed with a semi-automatic handgun.  The suspect pointed the gun at the victim demanding for the victim to hand over his prescription medication, but the victim refused.  The suspect let the residence after not being able to get any medication.  Case is still under investigation.

0215008398 / Aggravated Battery on a household member, Battery on a household member, violation of a protective order / 06-04-15

Deputy Assigned: E. Eccles

Location: West Cochiti, Santa Fe, NM, 87508 ( Lone Butte area)

 Santa Fe County Sheriffs Deputies responded to an address on West Cochiti in reference to a domestic assault. Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies arrived and made contact with the victim who advised that he got into a verbal arguement with his son. The victim further stated he had a protective order in place againt his son. The victim stated his sonbattered him then armed him self with a peice of lumber and struck the victim.  The Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies have obtained a warrant for the suspect. This case remains under investigation.

021500008360, Aggravated DWI, Failure to dim Headlamps 06.03.15

Deputy Assigned: Clay Cullison

Location: Los Pinos Road and West Frontage Road

Arrested: Jose Solis-Trevizo, age 40, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies noticed a vehicle traveling on the West Frontage Road near Los Pinos Road the vehicle continued to flash the high beams at on comning traffic.  Deputies conducted a traffic stop with the vehicle and noticed the above suspect was intoxicated.  The suspect failed the SFST's and was arrested.  He was booked accordingly at the Santa Adult Detention Center.

Location: Arbol Grande (Nambe Area)

Stolen: 40" TV and Costume Jewelry

Value: $3,250.00

Deputies responded to the above area reference a residential burglary.  Deputies learned an unknown person gained entry into the residence through an unsecured window and the above items were stolen.  No suspects have been identified and case is still under investigation.

0215008336 / Possession of drug paraphernalia / 06/03/15

Arrested: Andres Garcia, 22 years old, Santa Fe NM, 87505

 Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies responded to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center in reference to an inmate located with drug paraphernalia. Contact was made with jail staff who advised that an instrument used to introduce narcotics into the body was located on the above listed suspect. The paraphernalia was taken as evidence. The inmate was questioned and booked for the additional charge.

Arrested: Juan Abrego 40 years old, Santa Fe, NM, 87505

 Santa Fe County Sheriiff's Deputies responded to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center in reference to a reported inmate found in possession of a narcotic. Deputies arrived on scene and made contact with staff who advised the above lsited suspect was located with a narcotic in his possession. The suspected narcotics were taking for further testing. The inmate was charged accordingly.
