Location: Rersidence on Willow Road, Edgewood N.M.

Arrested: Robert Serna, 21-year-old male from Edgewood N.M.

On 05-30-15 at approximately 11:15PM Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Willow Road in reference to an unconcious juvenile male who had consumed alcohol.  Upon arrival further investigation revealed the above defendant provided alcohol to the minor.  The defendant was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail on the above charge.

On above date at approximately 1:00 P.M. unknown subjects entered the residence by force. A completed list of items taken is being gathered.

On this date unknown persons forced entry into the above location between the hours of 0700 and 1800.  No items were taken, case is under investigation.

0215008079, DWI, Careless, 05.30.15

Location: NM State Road 76, Mile Marker 1, Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: Jorge Martinez-Rodriguez, age 34, Espanola, NM

The above subject stopped for crossing over the center line of the road.  He failed the SFST's and was arrested for the above charges.  The suspect submitted to a breath test with results of .20/.19. The suspect also had an outstanding warrant for his arrest.  His vehicle was siezed as per the county ordinance. He was booked at the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center.

0215008067, Burglary, Criminal Damage to Property, 05.29.15

Location: Agoyo Po, Pojoaque, NM

Stolen: Black 36" Elememt flat screen TV, DVD Player, Dish Network DVR

Value $1,600.00

An unknown suspect threw a weight threw the laundry room window at the above location to gain entry into the residence.  Once inside the above items were stolen, no suspects have been developed in the case. Case is under investigation.

Location: Cerro Alto, Lamy, NM, 87544 ( Lamy area)

 Santa Fe Sheriif Deputies responded to an address on Cerro Alto Road in reference to a reported breaking and entering call. Deputies arrived and made contact with the victim who advised suspect(s) gained unlawful forced entry into the victims home, once entry was gained. Victim had not noticed anything taken at this time. This case remains under investigation at this time.

Stolen: 08 Red Honda Dirt Bike

Deputies were dispatched to the victim's address in reference to an alarm. Upon arrival forced entry was found and investigation revealed between 10:30 &10:43 am an unknown person had stolen a dirt bike from the garage. Investigation is on-going.

victim reported that over the last two days an unknown person entered a garage at their residence. Once inside the garage the suspect stole the above items. Case is under investigation.

Stolen: Jewlery, luggage, cell phone, telescope, camera

Victim reported while hiking in the Arroyo Hondo Open Space between 10:00 am and 11:00 am  his vehicle was entered and the above items were stolen.

0215007973 / Aggravated DWI, Resisting/Evading, Open container / 05-28-15

Location: Country Club Road at Calle Zanate

Arrested: Manuel Ochoa, 43-year-old male from Espanola N.M.

On 05-28-15 at about 6:00PM a traffic stop was conducted on a blue in color Ford Crown Victoria car after the driver was reported to have been involved in an argument and brandished a knife at an establishment off Airprot Road.  The driver, Mr. Ochoa would not comply with Deputies orders and was subsequently Tased.  After he was taken into custody he was observed to be displayiong signs of intoxication and refused to submitt to chemical testing.  Several open Budweiser beer cans were located in his vehicle.  He was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail on the above charges.
