Stolen: Black in color purse with misc. contents

On  06-07-15 between the hours of 7:05PM and 7:45PM someone broke the back passenger window of the victim's Toyota Prius while it was parked at the above location and stole a purse with various credit/debit cards.

Arrested Person: Cheryl Fallon 59 year old Santa Fe

 

On this date, units were dispatched to the above area reference to a reckless driver. The vehicle was located, the driver was found to be under the influence and was arrested.

Case # 0215008548 Battery against a household member 05-07-15

Location: Conchas Pl. (El Dorado)

Arrested: Olivia Cailfield 19 yoa female (Santa Fe NM)

Deputies responded to the listed address in reference to a possible domestic dispute. Investigation revealed suspect had struck her mother multiple times during an altercation over a cell phone. Suspect  was arrested and booked without incident.

0215008502 / Breaking and Entering, Criminal Damage to property / 06-06-15

Location: Tano Norte, Santa Fe, NM 87506 (Santa Fe area)

  Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputies responded to an address on Tano Norte in reference to an alarm.  Upon Deputies arrival it was observed that forced entry was gained into the residence. Suspect(s) entered the home but nothing was reported stolen at this time. The scene was processed for evidence. This case remains under investigation.

Location 2900 block of Santeros Road (Agua Fria Area)

Arrested: David Alvarez 25 yoa male (Santa Fe)

Deputies were dispatched to the area at about 4:30 am in reference to a fight in progress. Upon arrival investigation was conducted which revealed the suspect crawled into a family members home without permission through a window. Suspect then kicked in another family members door open and entered. Suspect also became involved in a physical altercation with two family members and battered them. Suspect was located walking in the area and arrested without incident.

On this date, suspsects entered the residence by breaking a window between the house of 6:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.. Upon entering the residence, miscellanous jewlery was taken.  Case is under investigation.

Victim reported a friend had came over to his residence and he suspects the friend stole $1500.00 in cash from a a pair of pants. Investigation is on-going.

Victim reported over the last month someone unlawfully gained entry into his garage and stole multiple tools and 2 bicycles. Case is under investigation, no suspects have been identified as of yet.

Victim reported his vehicle had been buglarized while it was parked at a tow yard between the dates of 5/23/15 and 6/6/15. Case is under investigation.

0215008527, Reckless Driving, Resisting/Obstructing an Officer, Open Container, 060615

Location: 17500 US 84/285 (Camel Rock Casino)

Arrested: Edwin Lujan, Age 29, Santa Fe NM

Deputies were checking on a disabled semi truck in the parking lot of the Camel Rock Casino, when a vehicle was driving at a high rate of speed almost hitting the semi.  Deputies attempted to stop the vehicle but the driver continued to drive away from deputies.  The vehicle was subsequently stopped and the driver had an open container of beer. He was arrested and booked into ADC on the above charges.
