021500007130, Aggravated DWI, Possession of Controlled Substance, Driving with suspended Driver's License, 05.13.15

Commander Entering: Lt. W. Pacheco

Location: Airport Road and Cerrillos Road

Arrested: Alfredo Leyba, Age 46, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies arrested the above suspect after seeing him racing another motorcycle at the above location.  Suspect admitted to drinking intoxicating beverages before operating his motorcycle.  Deputies also located a white powdery susbtance on the suspect when being booked into ADC.  Suspect did not have a valid driver's license during his arrest.  Suspect was booked into ADC on the above charges.

0215007129, Battery on a Household Member, 05.13.15

Deputy Assigned: Gene Meek

Location: Calle Encanto, Tesuque, NM

Arrested: Lisa Lengyel, Age 45, New Orleans, LA

Deputies responded to the above location in regards to a Domestic Disturbance.  Upon arrival deputies learned the suspect had battered her boyfriend and his father.  The suspect was booked at ADC on the above charge. 

0215007128, Unlawful taking of Motor Vehicle, Criminal Damage to Property, 05.13.15

Location: 5000 Block of Agua Fria, Santa Fe, NM

Stolen: 2009 Arctic Cat 700 ATV

Deputies were dispatched to the above laocation in regards to a stolen ATV.  When speaking with the victim deputies learned a gate was damaged when the unknown suspect took the ATV valued at $5000.00.  Case is still under investigation, no suspects have been identified.

0215007097 / DWI; Driving while license is revoked / 5-13-2015

Location: US84/285 Milepost 176      (Cuyumunge)

Arrested: Ernest Montano      Age: 48      Las Vegas,NM

Deputy responded to a report of a possible impaired driver. Deputy located driver at the above location walking away from his vehicle. Driver admitted to driving and consuming alcoholc beverages prior to being stopped. Driver displayed signs of impairment and was administered sobriety tests. Driver was arrested and submitted to chemical testing which was a legal blood draw. Driver's vehicle was seized in accordance with Santa Fe County Seizure Ordinance.

Location: Southern Exposure        (South Santa Fe County)

Items Stolen: Ammunition

Victim reported to Deputy that some time between April 18, 2015 and April 20, 2015 unknown persons stole a package that had been delivered to his home. Case is under investigation. 

0215007035/Burglary, Larceny/5.13.13

Location: La Puebla

Arrested: Quintana, Urban 28 years old

While SFSO Dectectives were following up on a tip regarding recent burlgaries in the above area; it was learned that the suspect gained unautorized entry into a residence on Saturday May 9, 2015. Suspect, who was still incacerated on a separate burglary was rebooked without incident.

0215007066/DWI, Careless Driving, Open Container/5.13.15

Location: Visa De La Sierra, Glorieta

Arrested: Gabaldon, Ivan P. 43 years old

On the above date deputies responded to a crash with minor injuries. Driver was found to be intoxicated. Pending blood results. Driver was arrested and booked without incident.

Location: 6151 Airport Road (Country Club MHP)

Arrested: Sergio Arguello-Aguayo, age 33

Charged: Battery on Household Member

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in regards to a domestic dispute.  Upon arrival it was determined the above suspect pushed his wife, after being cofronted about him texting another woman.  Suspect was arrested and booked on the above charge. 

Case #0215007056, Possession of drug paraphernalia

Location: 7400 block of Riverside Loop, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect: Diana Zamora, 28, Santa Fe, NM

On Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at 7:19 PM, while Deputy was at location in reference to a call involving suspect's son it was discovered that the suspect had an active warrant for her arrest. Suspect was arrested and taken to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. While being booked into the facility, suspect was found in possession of drug paraphernalia. Suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility for the arrest warrant and Possession of drug paraphernalia without incident.

On Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at 4:55 PM, Deputy responded to location in reference to a fraud. Victim advised that an unknown suspect(s) forged two of his checks for a sum of money greater than $1000.
