Case #0214011503 - Burglary - 7/19/14

Victim reported that someone entered his home through a bedroom window between 3:00pm and 11:00pm on 7/18/2014 and stole jewelry and power tools. Investigation is still ongoing regarding possible suspects and/or witnesses.

Case# 0214011504 Druvung While License Revoked

Suspect:  Luis M. Mazulis, 52, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Driving While License Revoked, Equipment Violation

On Saturday, July 19, 2014 at 9:24 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle north at the location with a broken left tail lamp that was displaying a white light to the rear.  A check with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed that the suspect's New Mexico Driver's License is revoked with the Arrest Clause attached unless he is operating a motor vehicle equipped with an ignition interlock.  The vehicle was not equipped with an ignition interlock.

Location: US 84/285 at Boneyard Road

Stolen: Car battery

On 07-19-14 victim reported their vehicle broke down near US 84/285 and Boneyard Road the previous day and was left on the sicde of thye road.  Todat when the victim returned for the vehicle they discovered someone broke the passenger window and stole the battery from the vehicle.

Suspect: Loana Sandoval  Age: 45  Espanola

Deputies were dispatched to suspicious activity occurring at the El Nido resturant and discovered that Loana Sandoval and an accomplace had stolen approx. $6,000.00 worth of items from the property including appliances and tools.  Loana was located and arrested.  Case is under investigation.

Vehicle #1:  White, 1999, Dodge, Pick-up

Vehicle #2:  White, 2014, Toyota, 4 door

Suspect:  Albert J. Duran, 29, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Aggravated DWI

On Saturday, July 19, 2014 at 4:07 AM the suspect was traveling west in a parking lot at the location.  For reason(s) unknown the suspect failed to observe Vehicle #2 parked to his front.  As a result the front bumper of Vehicle #1 struck the front bumper of Vehicle #2.  Vehicle #2 was legally parked and unattended at the time of this incident.  The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and refusted to submit to a Breathalyzer Test.

Case #0214011467 - Domestic/Child Abuse - 7/19/14

Location: Calle Lazo Errante - Vista Verde Mobile Home Park, Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: Cesar Garcia-Pasillas - age 41, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance at the above location where a six-year-old child had fled the residence to a neighbor's house and reported her mom and dad fighting. Upon arrival, deputies learned that the female had also tried to flee the house with her two-year-old baby and the suspect caught her at the porch and dragged her back into the house by her hair while she was holding the baby. The mother and children were not injured in the altercation. The suspect was arrested on scene.

Charged:  Aggravated DWI, Tail Lights Required, Driving While License Revoked,

                 Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Vehicles to be Registered, Mandatory Proof

                of Financial Responsibility, Open Container, Warrant - failure to Comply With

                Conditions of Probation

On Saturday, July 19, 2014 at 1:18 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle north at the location without operational tail lights.  The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .16 or greater.  The suspect was found to be in possession of a glass type smoking device that contained suspected, burnt, marijuana residue.  The suspect was unable to produce proof of insurance.  The suspect was found to be in possession of an open container of Mickey's Beer.  A check with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed that the suspect's New Mexico Drivwer's License is revoked with the Arrest Clause attached.  This check also revealed that the vehicle registration had expired January 31, 2014.  A check with the National Crime Information Center revealed that there was a valid Arrest warrant for the suspect issued by the Santa Fe County Magistrate Court.  The vehicle was seized pursuant to Santa Fe County Ordinance 2006-5.

Case #0214011376 Warrant Service/ Concealing Identity

Location: Mile Marker 7 on NM 599 Santa Fe NM

Arrested: Julio Perales 36 yoa (Santa Fe NM)

On July 17th,2014 a traffic stop was conducted for a traffic violation. During the course of the stop the above suspect gave different names and was found to be concealing his identity. Suspect was found to have an active warrant for his arrest on out of Soccoro Magistrate Court. Suspect was arrested and taken to the Santa Fe County Detention Center without further incident.

Stolen: 3 spools copper wire

Victim reported that the above items were stolen from his yard sometime on this date.
The above stolen items were valued at about $2000.00

Missing: Alexis Romero 16years old female, Santa Fe NM

On above date deputies were dispatched to above address in reference to a missing person. The reporting party wanted to report that Alexis Romero ran away from youth shelter employee at Santa Fe High School after being picked up from summer school.
