On Saturday, July 26, 2014 at 9:12 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle west at the locatiopn with non-operational tail lamps.  the suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and submitted to a Blood Alcohol Test.  Results of that test are pending.

Victim reported to Deputy that she had been defrauded out of one thousand dollars after wiring the funds to an unknown person in Mexico. Case is under investigation.

Charged:  Battery Against a Household Member

On Friday, July 25, 2014 at 11:32 PM the suspect and victim were involved in a verbal altercation at a bussiness establishment at the location.  The altercation turned physical when the suspect struck the victim on the right side of the face with an open hand.  The suspect then bit the victim on the right side of her face.  The victim declined medical attention for her injuries.

Charged:  Battery Against a Household Member

On Friday, July 25, 2014 at 8:29 PM the suspect and victim were involved in a verbal altercation at a residence at the location.  The altercation turned physical when the suspect struck the victim in the facial area twice with his hand causing a laceration to her lip.  The victim was treated for her laceration at the scene.

On Friday, July 25, 2014 at 7:40 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle south at the location at 57 miles per hour in a posted 40 mile per hour zone.  The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .08 or greater.

Victim reports an unknown person charged approximately $1,826.00 on a Target Credit Card without her authorization.  The charges took place on July 24, 2014.  Case pending futher investigation.

Arrested: Ernesto Zamora 46 year old male, San Juana 50 year old female - Santa Fe NM

Stolen: Metal Scaffolding, Metal Headboard – value $150.00

On this date the above named suspects were found at the above location by a witness stealing scrap metal. The suspects admitted to gathering scrap metal along with their juvenile children. The suspects were arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail. CYFD was notified and the children were turned over to a family member.

Stolen: Guess purse, pink wallet, NM DL, $240 Cash, medication

Victim reported her vehicle was burglarized on this date between 1030hrs and 1145hrs as his vehicle was parked at the above location. Unlawfully entry was gained by some unknown person through one of the rolled down windows.

The above listed items stolen were valued at about $430.00

Father wanted to report his son missing.  Son left the residence on July 23, 2014 around 2:00p.m. and has not returned.  The above entered into NCIC as a Missing Person/Runaway.  Case still pending further investigation.

Location: 28 Camino Justicia, Santa Fe, NM  (Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center)

Arrested: Erik Boylan 35 yoa male, Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Bringing Contraband into a Place of Imprisonment

Jail staff report that the above inmate requested to have his personal shoes for medical purposes.  The shoes were stored in his property box when he initially was booked into the facility several days ago.  Jail staff granted his request but before giving the shoes to the above inmate, a search was conducted on them.  During the search of the shoes 46 strips of an orange type substance was found.  The above was booked and charged accordingly on the above charge without further incident.
