Location:  2800 block of Dail Circle, Santa Fe, NM (Rufina Meadows)

On 10/17/13 deputy responded to above location in reference to a burglary.  Victim stated that between 8:15 a.m. and 6:15 p.m. unknown persons shattered her glass door and gained entry into her residence.  Victim stated that unknown persons stole a Sony playstation 3, an Ipod 4 and a gold bracelet.  Estimated value of items stolen is $1,580.00.  Estimated damage to the door is unknown.

0213016404 Burglary 10/17/2013

Location: Griego Hill (Tesuque NM area)

Stolen: 10 electrical cords, Miller lead and ground, Ray Ban sunglasses, brown leather purse, Coach wallet with ID, IPod Touch 8G, IPod Nano

Victim reported sometime between 10-16-13 at 11:00 p.m. and 10-17-13 7:00 a.m. an unknown suspect gained entry into his Chevy truck, Ford Explorer, Toyota 4-Runner, cargo trailer and garage, and the above items were taken. Victim advised that all of the vehicles and garage where left unlocked last night. The above listed items were valued at about $1630.00

Location:  30 Buffalo Thunder Trail, Santa Fe, NM (Buffalo Thunder Resort)

On 10/16/13 deputies responded to above location in reference to a fraud.  Complainant advised that an unknown female suspect attempted to pay for merchandise with counterfeit money.  Case is under investigation.

Location:  28 Camino Justicia, Santa Fe, NM (Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center)

On 10/16/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a narcotics violation.  Complainant stated that the mail clerk had opened a card that was sent to an inmate.  Inside the card was a strip of Suboxone.  The inmate denied knowing who sent her the card.

Location:  6100 Airport Road, Santa Fe, NM (Country Club Gardens MHP)

On 10/16/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a breaking and entering.  Victim stated that sometime between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. unknown persons attempted to pry open the rear door of the residence.  Victim stated that he did not hear or see anyone.  Estimated damage amount is $200.00.

Location:  3900 block of Riverside Drive, Santa Fe, NM (Riverside MHP)

On 10/16/13 deputies responded to above location in reference to a burglary.  Victim stated that between 8:30 a.m. and 4:12 p.m. unknown persons damaged the front door and gained entry into the residence.  Victim stated that unknown persons stole a plasma TV and misc. Xbox video games.  Estimated value of items taken is $1,140.00.  Estimated damage amount is $500.00

Location:  residence off of Battleship View, Espanola, NM (Santa Clara Pueblo)

On 10/16/13 deputies responded to take a report from the victim who stated that she received a call from Century Link about an outstanding balance.  Victim stated that she never had service with Century Link.  Victim stated that Century Link confirmed all of her personal information except for her address.  Victim did not obtain the amount that is owed.

Location:  2900 block of Calle Vera Cruz, Santa Fe, NM (off of Richard's Ave.)

On 10/16/13 deputy responded to above location in reference to a possible burglary.  Victim stated that between 10:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. unknown persons cut the lock to her shed.  Victim stated that unknown persons also opened a tool box which was in the bed of a vehicle parked on the property.  Nothing was taken.  Estimated damage amount is $8.00.

Location:  27000 block of I-25 West Frontage Road, Santa Fe, NM

On 10/16/13 deputy responded to 35 Camino Justicia in reference to the victim wanting to file a report on a stolen trailer.  Victim stated that between 10/5/13 at 4:00 p.m. and 10/15/13 at 12:00 p.m. unknown persons took a black in color trailer with 2 axles from a construction site.  Estimated value of the trailer is $2,000.00.

Location: 5000 block of Airport Road

Stolen: Fraudulent charges on credit card

Victim stated that some unknown person has made the above fraudulent charges on victims Capital One Credit Card, and misc. medical charges sometime between July 2013 and this date. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office
