Vehicle: Copper Fittings

Victim reported Sometime between 10/18 and 10/21 unknown suspects gained access onto the property by jumping a coyote fence and gaining unauthorized forced entry into a 12x30 foot steel storage unit. Suspect(s) cut the pad lock off to gained entry. Once inside they took the listed items that were located in the shed.

The above listed item was valued at about $500.00

Arrested: William Kalinowsk, age 68, Duxbury, MA

The above male was extradited on October 20, 2013 from Plymouth County, Mass on an active felony warrant for EMBEZZLEMENT and FRAUD. Subject was booked into The Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Suspect: Eric Galloway  Age: 53  Santa Fe

Deputies responded to a Domestic Disturbance and discovered that Galloway had battered a Household Member causing minor injury.  He was arrested and booked for Battery Against a Household Member.

Location: Airport Road - Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: Lisa Mulieri - age 51, Santa Fe, NM

The above driver was stopped for driving after dark with her headlights off. The driver exhibited signs of impairment and was arrested for DWI. She submitted to a breath test and the results were above .08.

Location:  residence off of Valle Vista Blvd, Santa Fe, NM (Valle Vista Subdivision)

On 10/20/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a larceny.  Victim stated that between 10/15/13 and 10/20/13 unknown persons entered her property and took 4 rims with tires.  Estimated value of items taken is $1,500.00.

Location:  2200 block of Rumbo al Sur, Santa Fe, NM (off of Agua Fria)

On 10/20/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary.  Victim stated that between 10/19/13 at 7:00 p.m. and 10/20/13 at 8:00 a.m. unknown persons entered his residence and stole an older shotgun and 2 knives.  Estimated value of items taken is $101.00.  There was no damage to the residence.

Location:  52 O go wii, Santa Fe, NM (Roadrunner RV storage)

On 10/20/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary.  Contact was made with reporting party who stated that she observed one of the storage units had been burglarized.  Reporting party stated that the burglary occurred between 10/18/13 at 4:00 p.m. and 10/20/13 at 2:30 p.m.  Reporting party noticed that the lock was missing and the storage unit had been rummaged through.  It is unknown what was taken.  The lock was not located.

Stolen: Power tools, hand tools, copper pipe, brass fittings, copper wire

Sometime between the 15th and 18th of October someone entered the victim's garage through an unlocked door and stole the above listed items.

Arrested: Victor Montano, age 35, Santa Fe, NM

On this date Deputies responded to above location for a reported domestic dispute. During the course of investigation it was learned that the Suspect battered victim causing injury prior to Deputies arrival at the residence. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Location: 2900 Block of Cole Court, Santa Fe New Mexico (Rufina Meadows)

 On 10/19/2013 deputy was dispatched to the above  residence in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that today between the hours of 4:15 PM and 6:00 PM someone had pried the window screen off of the window and gained entry. Victim stated unknown persons took an undetermined amout of US currency. Estimated amout of item taken is pending. Estimated damage amount $60.00.
