Jeanette Martinez was arrested for DWI after depuies observed her commt traffic lane violation and discovered she was impaired. B.A.C. is pending blood draw due to prescription medication. She was booked accordingly.

Location: Hyde Park Road milepost 10

Suspect: Patrick Sena  Age: 48  Santa Fe

Patrick Sena was arrested for DWI after deputies located him in his vehicle on Hyde Park Road regarding a welfare check.  Sena showed signs of impairment. B.A.C. is pending blood analysis.  Vehicle was seized pursuant to Santa Fe County DWI Seizure Ordanance.

Location: 65 County Road 84  Jacona

Suspect: Vicente Roybal  Age: 51  Santa Fe

Vicente Roybal was arrested for DWI after deputies drove upon him at his crashed Toyota pick-up on County Road 84 in the Jacona area.  Roybal had slid down an embankment getting his vehicle stuck.  Roybal showed signs of impairment and had a B.A.C. of .08 or greater.  He was booked accordingly.

Location: Big Tesuque canyon Trail Head (Hyde Park Rd area)

Stolen: (2) Camera lenses, Camera tripod and several USB drives and memory cards.

Victim reported that on Wednesday October 30, 2013 she hiking at the above location taking photos of the area. Victim stated she left her camera bag at the picnic table and when she returned the camera bag had been stolen.

The above listed item was valued at about $850.00

Arrested: Robert Valasquez, 28yoa Male, Santa Fe

On this date at approximately 0547am, the above individual was observed operating a red Chevy passenger car. Upon making contact with the driver it was found that he showed signs of intoxication. Subject was given the standardized field sobriety tests. The driver was subsequently placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Deputy reported that on November 01, 2013 between the hours of 5:45pm and 6:58pm, the victim reported that an unknown suspect(s) struck him in the face with an unknown object while in the area of the 1800 block of NM State Road 76. Case under investigation

Location: 7500 block of Kachina Loop (Vista Primera Subdivision)

Stolen: Multiple sets of gold/diamond earrings necklaces and rings

Suspect: Pending

On above date deputies were dispatched to the 7500 block of Kachina Loop in regards to a residential burglary. Victim reported between September 2013 and October 2013 an unknown person took the above items without permission. No damage was reported to the residence. Case is under investigation.

Location:  Farmer's Pond Road, Santa Fe, NM

Victim:  Male, 46, Santa Fe, NM

On Friday, November 1, 2013 at 7:00 AM deputies responded to the location in reference to a report of an unresponsive male.  Upon arrival of deputies and EMS the victim was found with no signs of life.  The victim had an extensive medical history. Foul play is not suspected in this incident.

Case# 0213017184 Criminal Damage Property of a Household Member

Location:  2100 Block Pam Y Eutilia Road, Santa Fe, NM

Victim:  Male, 32, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect:  Female, 27, Santa Fe, NM

On Friday November 1, 2013 at 4:00 AM the suspect and victim were involved in a verbal altercation at the location.  The altercation turned physical when the suspect intentionally sturck the victim's parked vehicle with her vehicle.  This caused another parked vehicle to strick a cinder block wall.  The suspect fled the scene and an Warrent for her arrest was obtained.
