Deputy responded to a vehicle rollover on Camino Los Abuelos. Deputy found the vehicle a short distance away from the crash site. Deputy began a DWI investigation. Driver showed signs of impairment. Driver was arrested and refused to be tested.
Driver transported to SFADF and booked accordingly.

Suspect: Andrew Delgado
Deputy responded to 5 Colina way in reference to a disorderly conduct. Employees ata alocal restaurant advised a male was harassing employees and would not leave. The employees pointed out a white Chevrolet pick-up truck advising it was the male leaving. Deputy conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle. It was discovered that the driver was driving on a revoked drivers license with multiple warrants.
Driver was arrested and booked accordingly at SFADF.

On Saturday, February 19, 2022, at approximately 4:18 pm, Deputies made contact with the a victim of a larceny.
The victim reported on Friday, February 18, 2022 at approximately 4:10 pm, he set his skis down to assist his daughter. Approximately 10 minutes later. he observed that his skis had been taken. Victim was unable to provide suspect information.

On Friday, February 18, 2022, the 2 victims reported their vehicles were broken into while on a walk at the community trailhead, suspect gained access into the vehicles by breaking the windows. No suspect information at this time.

On Wednesday, February 16, 2022, an unknown suspect was attempting to break into a residence, when the home owner confronted him. The suspect brandished a firearm. The victim backed away from the suspect and the suspect fired one round in the air. The suspect then fled the scene in a vehicle. No further information at this time.

Suspect: Alejandro Gallegos 37YOM, Martin Loya 27 YOM
On Wednesday, February 16, 2022, the listed suspects crashed into a vehicle and fled the scene. Suspects were running from the area and located by deputies, Suspects ran from deputies and were apprehended. and were taken into custody without incident. Driver had an active arrest warrant and was charged with leaving the scene of an accident, Revoked Drivers License, improper registration, and resisting an officer. The second suspect also had an active arrest warrant and was charged with resisting an officer.

On Thursday, February 17, 2022, the victim reported her vehicle stolen, while investigating the crime the stolen vehicle was observed driving by deputies while they were at the residence. The vehicle was stopped and the above suspect was in possession of the stolen vehicle, Suspect was booked into ADC.

Stolen: 2021 BigTex Trailer (NM/21783TRL) ($15,000)
On Tuesday, February 15th, 2022, deputies made contact with a victim who wanted to report a vehicle theft. The owner advised between February 6th and February 10th, unknown suspects stole the above trailer. The trailer is further described as a double axle trailer, which is black in color. In removing the trailer, the suspects also damaged a carport support beam. This case remains under investigation.

Deputies responded to above location in reference to an automobile burglary. Suspect(s) broke the front passenger window on today's date between 12pm and 4pm and stole the above mentioned items. Case is under investigation.
