Location:  3600 block of Mimbres Lane, Santa Fe, NM (Rodeo Rd)

On 8/1/12 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary.  Victim stated that  he left on 7/27/12 at 1030 hours and returned on 7/28/12 at 1800 hours to find that he was missing money from within.  Victim stated that he believes he left his garage door open.  Estimated amount that was stolen was $3500.00.

Location:  residence off of Verano Loop, Santa Fe, NM (Eldorado)

On above date  victim stated she suspects her granddaughter cashed a 100 dollar check and also a 200 dollar check on 7-15-2012 and 7-16-2012. Victim stated her granddaughter and the boyfriend forged her signature and cashed the checks under their names. Suspects were not located at their residence. Victim suspects that her granddaughter stole some of her checks.

Victim reports two unknown males gained unlawful entry into the above address between the hours of 5:50pm and 5:59pm.  It is unknown at this time if anything was taken from the residence.  Case still pending investigation.

Victim reports a house guest stole various gold and jewlrey while staying with victim for approx. one week.  Suspect then pawned the stolen items and fled to California.  Case is under investigation.

Victim reports last date a household member damaged clothing in the amount of $4,000.00 and damaged two tires on victim's vehicle.  Case is under investigation.

Suspect:  Anita Ulibarri, 34, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Bringing Contraband into a Place of Impriosonment

On Monday, July 30,  2012, after being returned to the location from a court hearing, the suspect was found to be in posswession of a suspdected controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.  The items were hidden in a body cavity.

Arrested: Casey Montoya

On 7-31-12 suspect was found sitting in his car parked onFirehouse Road. An odor of burned marijuana could be smelled emitting from the vehicle. Suspect was found with a jar of marijuana. He was arrested and booked accordingly at the Santa Fe County Jail.

Victim reported that sometime between 6:00pm and 7:00pm on 7-30-12 unknown person(s) gained unauthorized entry into her residence through and unlocked window. No items were reported stolen and no damage was reported to the residence. Case is still under investigation.

0212011828 Battery Against a Household Member 7-31-12

On 7-31-12 Deputies were dispatched to Calle Kryshana in reference to a domestic dispute. The above suspect was found to be the aggressor in a physical confrontation. He was arrested and booked accordingly at the Santa Fe County Jail.

Suspect:     Male       7 YOA         Santa Fe,NM

Victim reported to Deputies that her child started a bed on fire in the master bedroom. Fire damage  was sustained to the interior portion of the home. No injuries were sustained to any of the family members in the home. Fire Dept. responded and extinguished the fire.
