Deceased: 37 yoa male, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a drug overdose.  Victim could not be revived by medics.  There were no signs of foul play.

The jail mail handler on today's date found a letter mailed to the above suspect.  The letter contained a black tar like substance. The above suspect was booked and charged on the above charge.

The jail mail handler found a letter mailed to the above suspect on todays date containing an orange substance.  Above suspect was booked and charged on the above charges.

Victim:  Male, 29, Quenn Creek, AZ

Suspect:  Adriana Flores-Fernandez, 30, Quenn Creek, AZ

Charged:  Battery Against a Hoisehold Member

On Monday, July 23, 2012 at 8:48 PM  the suspect and victim were involved in a verbal altercation at a residence at the location.  The altercation turned physical when the suspect bit the victim on the right forearm.  The victim was treated for minor injuries and declined any further medical attention.

Sometime between Saturday July 21, 2012, 1900 HRS and Monday July 23, 2012, 1900hrs , an unknown suspect(s) gained entry into the above stated residence by forcefully entering the residence through the front door causing damageframe. Upon entering the residence it is unknown if anything was stolen due to the fact the house is under foreclosure.

Stolen: 1 Gold diamond ring with diamonds shaped like a flower

Estimated Value: $3,000.00

Victim reports sometime between the hours of 10:30am and 5:00pm someone entered the above address and stole the above item. There were no signs of forced entry.  Case still pending investigation.

Two small baggies of suspected narcotics were found in the women's lobby bathroom in the administration area of the jail.  Case still pending investigation.

Charges: Battery Against a Household Member

Deputies responded to a Domestic disturbance at the above location.  Victim reported her and the above suspect got into a verbal argument that led into the suspect pushing victim to the floor several times. Suspect was placed under arrest and booked on the above charges.

Stolen: Personal Identity/Onformation  

Victim reported on 6-11-2012 an unknown person used their personal information to obtain emergency medical services at Christus St Vincent Hospital. The victim advised she recieved a bill in the mail from the Hospital in the amount of $2,018.55. The victim advised she was out of state when the transaction took place. This case is currently under investigation.

 

CASE # 0212011391 / AGGRAVATED ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON ON A PEACE OFFICER (2 COUNTS), 07-20-2012

LOCATION:  #100 CATRON STREET, SANTA FE, NM

CHARGES: 2 COUNTS OF AGGRAVATED ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON ON A PEACE OFFICER

SUSPECT:  PENDING, 46 YOA MALE, INMATE, SANTA FE AREA

On July 20th, 2012, suspect listed above was transpoted to District Court from the Adult Detention Center.  Suspect became disorderly in the holding cell area.  Suspect was told several times to stop it, but he would not.  Deputy's were going to remove suspect from the holding cell when he slipped his belly chain off and was swing it, then he wrapped the chain around his hands and was threating officers.  after officers pulled their Tasers suspect stopped his actions and was resecured.  Suspect was taken back to the Adult Detention Center.  A summons was requested on two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon on a peace officer.
