Victim reported that sometime between 7/12/2012 his son unlawfully took his vehicle while it was parked at his residence. Victim stated his son stated he would bring the vehicle back that day but has not yet brought it back. Case is still under investigation. Vehicle was entered NCIC and BOLO’ed to the surrounding agencies.

Victim reported that on 7-18-12 between 8:00am and 11:00am his ex-girlfriend stole $700.00 cash from a lock box in his bedroom while she gathered her belongings to move from the residence. Case is still under investigation.

Victim: 65 year old male
On 7/17/12 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a death investigation. Victim's wife arrived home at around 1730 hours and found victim lying in his bed. Victim's wife stated that victim was blue in the face and cold to the touch. Victim's wife immediately called 911. Victim's wife stated that victim had not been feeling well the last couple of days. Victim's wife stated that victim had a history of alcoholism. There were no signs of foul play. OMI was contacted and took over scene.

Suspect: Joshua Valencia 26 yoa male, Santa Fe, NM
Charges: Battery on a Household Member and Criminal Damage Household Member
Victim reports her and the above suspect were involved in a argument. The above suspect pushed and punched the victim in the arm. The above suspect then punched the victims 2000 Plymouth Neon breaking the windshield causing $500.00 dollars of damage. Suspect was arrested and charged on the above charges.

The above suspect was found to be wanted out of the State of Arkansas Corrections Department for violating the conditions of his release on Parole. Above suspect was booked accordingly without incident into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Victim reports an agreement to purchase memorabillia items was made back in January of 2012 where a cashiers check was sent in the amount of $40,000.00 to the above location. An additional $750.00 was sent for the shipment costs. Victim has not recieved the memorabillia items and is out the $40,750.00. Case still pending investigation.
