Case #0212011246/ Criminal Damage to property to a household member/ 07-20-2012

Deputy assigned: Joann Pacheco

Commander entering: Cpl. James C. Yeager II

Location: 2800 block of Aspen Loop, Santa Fe, NM

Damaged: 4'x3' glass window

On today's date, Deputies responded to the above location to investigate a call of a verbal domestic. Upon further investigation, it was learned that the above stated window was broken during the course of the altercation by the suspect. The suspect was arrested, charged accordingly, and transported to the santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

The damage to the vehicle was estimated to be over $150.00

Case #0212011157/ Unlawful Taking of a Motor Vehicle/ 07-19-2012

Deputy assigned: Carolina Aguayo

Location: West Frontage/ Mutt Nelson SF, NM

Stolen: 2002 Ford F-150 King Ranch, Truck, Grey in color, NM license plate GNK090

Victim reported that on 07/18/2012 advised she was having vehicle trouble and left the vehicle atthe above location. The victim advised she came back to the location of the vehicle on today's date and the vehicle was gone. The vehicle was entered into NCIC.

Case #02120111170/ Death Investigation/ 07-19-2012

Deputy assigned: Carolina Aguayo

Location: Chisolm Trail, Santa Fe, NM

On this date Deputies responded to the above address in reference to an unattended death. The victim (93 year old male) was found unresponsive by family members. It was undetermined at this time what the exact cause of death was but appears to be of natural causes. There were no signs of foul play at the scene.

0212011207 / Death Investigation / 07-19-2012

Location: Shilo Road     Santa Fe County

Victim: Male     Age: 84

Deputies responded to location in reference to a medical assist. Upon arrival, medics on scene could not revive the victim. No signs of foul play was detected. OMI responded to assist with the scene.

Case#: 0212011193/ Breaking and Entering, Criminal Damage to Property/ Date: 07/19/12

Location:  residence off of Sunny Dale Road, Edgewood, NM (off of Thunder Mountain Rd.)

On 7/19/12 complainant advised that an unknown suspect broke into the above stated residence through the rear door. While in the residence the hand rails for the stairs were pulled off the wall.  Complainant stated that he last checked on the residence 2 weeks ago.  Estimated damage amount to the door and the rails are $125.00.

0212011181 Agg Assault Deadly Weapon 7-19-12

Location:Goldmine Road(Cerrillos Area)

Victim reported that a male subject drove up in a vehicle and began speaking to him about a stolen CD. Suspect then began loading a black sawed off shotgun and threatened the victim before feeing the area in the vehicle. Case is still under investigation

Case # 0212011152/ Vehicle Fire/ 07-19-2012

Location: Richard's Ave/ Dinosaur Trail SF County

Property: 1997 Jeep Cherokee, Green in color

On today's date, Thursday July 19, 2012 at 3:50 am Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a call of a vehicle fire. Upon Deputies arrival, a green in color 1997 Jeep Cherokee was found to be completely burned. Witnesses at the scene advise the driver of the vehicle wanted to show others that he could drive the vehicle through a bonfire at which time the vehicle caught fire. The driver of the vehicle was not located at the scene and this case is currently under investigation.

Case#0212011147 / Aggravated Battery / 07-19-2012

Deputy assigned: G. James

Location: Residence on Bella Drive off Airport Road

    On 07-19-2012 at about 12:10AM three male suspects got into a physical altercation with the 45-year-old male victim at the above location.  One of the suspects used a brick to hit the victim in the face multiple times.  The victim was transported to Saint Vincent Hospital and received several stitches on his face.  The victim could not identify the male whio hit him with the brick.

Case#02120011143 / Aggravated Burglary, Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property / 07-18-2012

Deputy assigned: S. Reynolds

Commander entering: Cpl. M. Delgado

Location: Residence on Paseo Del Rey off Mutt Nelson Road

Stolen: Remington Shotgun and Dish Network receiver.  Total value of $550.00

    Sometime between 0717-12 after 8:00PM and 07-18-2012 before 10:00PM someone forced entry into the victim's residence through a rear door. The above mentioned items were stolen from the residence.  The case is under investigation.

0212011142 Battery against a Household Member

Location: Avenida Frijoles Rd (Aldea Area)

Arrested: Manuel Mora 27 year of male,Santa FeNM

On this date Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a domestic disturbance. Suspect battered the victim after an argument over alcoholic beverages.

Suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.
