Arrested: Kaydrianna Gardner  22 yoa Espanola, NM

Deputy was dispatched to above location to assist Pojoaque Tribal Police  with a non-native American who was in possession of narcotics.  During the investigation, above subject was found with fentanyl and suboxone stripes with intent to distribute.  Subject was arrested and booked at ADC.

Deputy conducted a traffic stop. Driver was found to have a warrant for her arrest. Driver was taken into custody and transported to ADC.

Deputies responded to the above address for a domestic. The suspect fled the scene after battering his significant other. A warrant was written and approved by a judge.

The suspect was called in as a reckless driver. Suspect was located driving on a rim. The suspect attempted to flee at a slow rate of speed. The suspect later stopped and was found to be impaired. The suspect refused to complete SFST's and refused chemical testing. The suspect was booked without incident.

Deputies observed a vehicle driving in the median. The driver was stopped and was found to be impaired. Implied consent was read to which the suspect agreed to chemical testing. (.20,.20). The suspect was booked with out incident.

On the above date a stolen motor vehicle was located at the above address. During the investigation, the above suspect was found to have received a stolen motor vehicle. She was arrested on the above charge and booked in to ADC.

Sometime between 8:00am on 10/29/2021 and 9:30am on 10/30/202,1 an unknown person/s entered the victims vehicle and stole a driver license. Case is under investigation.

Pojoaque Police stopped a vehicle for speeding. It was discovered the vehicle was stolen and the suspect was not native. They requested the sheriff's office to respond who took over the investigation. The suspect was arrested and booked. 

2021008103/ AGG. DWI, ROADWAYS LANED FOR TRAFFIC AND OPEN CONTAINER OF AN ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE

LOCATION: NM 14 & CAMINO LOS ABUELOS (CR 42)

ARRESTEE: LORINDA SALAZAR- 38 YEAR OLD HISPANIC FEMALE

On the evening of 10-28-2021, Lt. Michael Delgado observed a vehicle as it left the roadway in a cloud of dust near the above intersection. The driver, Lorinda Salazar was found to be displaying signs of impairment up Lt. Delgado's contacting her on a traffic stop. A DWI investigation was conducted and Salazar was placed into custody based off the investigation. Open containers of an alcoholic beverage was located in the vehicle. Salazar consented to a chemical test, which yielded the results of a 0.27g/210L and 0.25g/210L respectfully. Salazar was booked without incident
