Suspect/ Arrestee: Steven Michael Simpson- 37-year old, State of Florida Resident.
On 11-11-2021 at 22:07 hours, RECC received a call in reference to an assault. It was learned the individuals involved were intoxicated. The suspect became belligerent amongst some friends, resulting in the suspect being injured by his own accord. The suspect gained access to his vehicle and drove in a reckless manner about the property, resulting in a minor crash. This suspect was transported to the emergency room and later arrested for DWI and Reckless Driving.
The subject was taken into custody and booked accordingly.

Missing: James Enyeart, 78-year-old male 5'10", 150lbs, gray hair/gray goatee, last seen wearing blue jeans, sneakers and a light blue long sleeve shirt with a white under shirt
On 9-11-21 at approximately 4:30pm Mr. Enyeart who suffers from Alzheimer's left his residence on foot in an unknown direction. An extensive search of the area was conducted including assistance from Classic Air Ambulance with an air search to no avail. He does not have any friends or other family in the area and he does not have a phone with him. Graveyard units conducted vehicle patrols in the area throughout the night hours and a more extensive search will resume upon daylight. A Silver Alert has been issued for Mr. Enyeart.

Victim reported that an unknown person/s used his true identity to open up an account at Bank of America using his information and had credit cards mailed to his address. Case is under investigation.

Location: Hwy 84/285 and MM 184, Santa Fe County, NM
Arrested: 1.) Christian Vasquez 2.) Adilene Mingura
Deputies were dispatched to a roll over crash at the above listed location. On scene, Deputies located a female with minor injuries and a five year old female in critical condition due to being ejected. The driver initially fled the scene but was located a short time later. Driver admitted to driving and showed signs of impairment. A search warrant for blood was drafted and executed. The two suspects were arrested and transported to ADC.

On Sunday, November 7, 2021, Deputies observed the suspect's vehicle swerving failing to maintain its lane of travel. Deputies conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the suspect. SFST's were administered where the suspect showed signs of impairment and agreed to a breath test .08, .08. Suspect was arrested and booked.

On Sunday, November 7, 2021 Deputies responded to the listed location in reference to a domestic disturbance. Deputies learned the suspect battered the victim and subsequently arrested.

Location: Tesuque Village Road by Hwy 84/285
Arrested: Leo R. Cortez, Santa Fe, NM
Deputy responded to above location in reference to a verbal argument between two individuals. During the investigation, it was determined that the above mentioned suspect had an active warrant for arson and criminal damage to a Household member. The argument was verbal only. Suspect was arrested fore the warrants and booked.

ARREESTEE: MANUEL V. GUTIERREZ- 41-YEAR OLD HOMELESS H/M
CHARGES ARE AS ABOVE.
On 11-6-2021 about 12:35 am, Cpl. Cullison observed a speeding motorist on CR 73. This motorist pulled over at TP131 and during the traffic stop Gutierrez fled on foot. Gutierrez was later found hiding and was arrested. Gutierrez was found to driving on a revoked license. Gutierrez was booked into the Santa Fe County ADC without incident.

On Saturday Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a Mazda passenger car and made contact with the driver Jamie Orozco-Gutierrez. Deputies conducted SFST's where the suspect showed signs of impairment. Driver agreed to a breath test which resulted .21, .21. Driver was arrested and booked
