Victim reported sometime between Thursday around 7pm and today's date around 4pm, two RAD power bicycles were stolen from their vehicles bicycle rack that was parked at their residence. Case is under investigation.

ARRESTEE: HERNAN ORNELAS- 27 YEAR OLD, H/M FROM SANTA FE, NM
On 11-25-2021 Deputy Neito observed a vehicle run a red light at the intersection of NM 599 and the off ramp of I-25. The vehicle was observed as it was unable to maintain his lane on NM 599. A traffic stop was conducted and signs of impairment were observed by Deputy Neito. Mr. Ornelas consented to SFSTs, which he displayed signs of impairment and was placed into custody. Mr. Ornelas consented to a chemical test, which yielded the BrAC of 0.22g/210L and 0.22g/210L respectfully. Mr. Ornelas was booked into the detention center without incident.

ARRESTEE: ROMAN RIVERA-SARAVIA- 41-YEAR OLD H/M SANTA FE RESIDENT
On 11-25-2021 at about 10:17pm, Deputy Ward and Pool responded to a single vehicle crash, where a pick-up truck failed to make the turn at this location and went through the cable guardrail. Mr. Saravia displayed signs of impairment. DWI investigation was conducted by Deputy Ward and Mr. Saravia was arrested. Mr. Saravia refused to submit to a chemical test. Mr. Saravia was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center without incident. Deputy Pool conducted the crash investigation.

DECEASED: 79 YEAR OLD WHITE MALE
On 11-25-2021 Santa Fe County Deputies responded to an apparent suicide, where a 79 year old male was found with a self-inflicted gun shot wound. OMI took over the investigation. No signs of foul play.

Deputies were dispatched to the above location to victim found non responsive. Life saving measures were attempted to no avail. OMI was notified and no signs of foul play was found. Family was notified.

ARRESTEE: ALICIA RENEE CALDERON- 32 YEAR OLD H/F ALBUQUERQUE, NM NATIVE
On 11-24-2021 at about 6:31 pm, Deputy Ficke observed a vehicle on the roadway without any operating headlamps. The vehicle was stopped and during the course of the traffic stop contact, signs of impairment were observed. This led into a DWI investigation, which yielded an arrest of Calderon. Calderon refused a chemical test. During the arrest procedure, a substance recognized to be that of Methamphetamine was located in her possession. Calderon was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center without incident.

LOCATION: 9 W. GUTIERREZ POJAQUE PUEBLO
ARRESTEE:WILLBURN, JESSELUKE AARON- 27 YEAR OLD MALE FROM ABIQUIU, NM
On 11-24-2021 at about 9:24 pm, Pojoaque Pueblo Police conducted a traffic stop on a nonnative male driving a motor vehicle near 9 W. Gutierrez St. This vehicle had a defective headlamp, which prompted the traffic stop. During the course of this stop, signs of possible impairment were observed. DWI Deputy Ward was requested to the scene. Deputy Ward conducted a DWI investigation, which yielded an arrest. Willburn consented to a chemical test. The chemical test yielded a 0.10g/210L and 0.09g/210L respectfully. Willburn was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

DECEASED: 59 YEAR OLD H/F- RESIDENT OF SANTA FE COUNTY
On 11-24-2021 RECC dispatched deputies to the Cities of Gold Hotel, where a 59 year old female was found deceased after going to bed. The deceased had a history of medical issue. No signs of foul play were found. OMI took over the investigation.
