Victim 27 year old female

A physical altercation took place where the suspect refused to let the victim leave, took her keys and cellphone by force, and attempted to steal her vehicle then battered her. He fled on foot from the location and a warrant was drafted for his arrest.

Suspect was stopped for moving violations and showed signs of impairment. He was arrested after a DUI investigation and provided breath samples .12/.13. He was booked. 

2021008993/Stolen Motor Vehicle/12-11-2021

Location: 2000 Block of Henry Lynch Road, Santa Fe, NM

Vehicle: 2011 grey in color enclosed EWLC Utility Trailer (NM/72641TRJ)

On Saturday, December 11th, 2021, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a stolen motor vehicle. Contact was made with the victim and they advised the above trailer was stolen from the location between 2 and 4pm on 12-11-2021. Inside the trailer was approximately $10,000 worth of music equipment. The trailer does have decals on it which say "The Grove." The vehicle was entered into NCIC as stolen.

Location: Old Agua Fria Road

Victim: 90 year old Female

Deputies were dispatched to the above location to victim found non responsive. Life saving measures were attempted to no avail. OMI was notified and no signs of foul play was found.

2021008983/False Imprisonment/12-10-2021

Arrested: Brandon Cullum, 22 YOM

On Friday, December 10th, 2021, deputies responded to the above area for a report of a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, contact was made will all parties and it was found that the suspect had battered a household member. The suspect had also unlawfully restrained the victim. The suspect was placed under arrest and was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

2021008963/ AGG. ASSAULT WITH DEADLY WEAPON, SHOOTING AT AN INHABITED DWELLING AND CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO A HOUSEHOLD MEMBER'S PROPE

LOCATION: LAURO PLACE, SANTA FE, NM

ARRESTEE: MARION UNDERWOOD- 74 YEAR OLD W/F, SANTA FE RESIDENT

CHARGES: SEE ABOVE

On 12-9-21 at about 11:32 pm, RECC received a call from the residence about shots fired in the residence. Deputies found Ms. Underwood to have shot a gun off in the residence and assaulted her domestic partner. Case is still under investigation.

Ms. Underwood was arrested without incident and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Suspect: Luciano Encina Romero 25 Santa Fe

Suspect was involved in a single vehicle crash and displayed signs of impairment. She was arrested and booked for DUI after providing a breath sample of .10/.10.

Charges: Burglary, Battery Upon a Peace Officer, Larceny

On Wednesday, December 8th, 2021, deputies responded to the above location in reference to a burglary. Contact was made with the victim and they advised a neighbor had stolen their dryer. The suspect was contacted and the dryer was located in her apartment. The suspect was placed under arrest and she later battered an officer by kicking them. The suspect was later booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without further incident.

The suspect and victim were arguing.The suspect took the victim's phone while the victim was attempting to call 911. A summon was issued.
