Suspect: Gregory Romero

Deputies observed suspect drive a vehicle on a public roadway. Deputies recognized the driver, who's driving status was known to be revoked with arrest clause. Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

Location: US84/ 285 and La Puebla Santa Fe County, NM

Suspect: Gregory Romero

Deputies responded to a crash on US84/285 East Frontage and La Puebla. A bicyclist was hit by a vehicle and the vehicle left the scene of the crash. After an extensive investigation was conducted, it was determined that the suspect mentioned above was operating the vehicle at the time of the crash. Suspect was charged accordingly.

The suspect was stopped for a traffic violation and was later found to be impaired. The suspect agreed to chemical testing, (.17,.17). The suspect was booked without incident.

In the 700 block of El Llano a female was found deceased. Next of kin was notified and OMI was contacted.

Suspect: Robert Santistevan

Deputies were dispatched to location in reference to a disorderly conduct. The suspects mother advised that suspect was intoxicated, breaking items in the house and arguing with his brother. When deputies made contact, suspect pushed the deputy off the porch. Suspect was then placed under arrest and transported to ADC without incident.

Deputies were dispatched to location in reference to catalytic converters being stolen from 5 separate vehicles. No suspect information is available and the investigation is ongoing.

Location: Buffalo Thunder Resort Casino Santa Fe County, NM

Suspect: Brandon Baray

Deputies were dispatched to above mentioned address in reference to a larceny over $500. A phone had been taken from the victim. The suspect mentioned above initially found the cell phone and returned it. Suspect later returned and reclaimed the phone, stating it was his friends. Suspect then left the casino. Suspect was summonsed.

Deputies were dispatched to above mentioned address in reference a fraud. An employee was advised to purchase gift cards by "Corporate". The employee purchased and transmitted the gift cards. No suspect information exists.

2021008767/Battery Against a Household Member/11-30-2021

Arrested: Philip Garcia, 56 YOM, Santa Fe, NM

On Tuesday, November 30th, 2021, deputies responded to the above location for a report of a physical domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, it was determined that a household member had battered the victim, causing minor injuries. After an investigation, the suspect was later placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Suspect: Daniel Bransford

Deputies were dispatched to above mentioned address for a report of a Non-Tribal male damaging two ATM Machines in the casino. Deputies made contact with Casino Security and the male subject, Daniel Bransford, damaged two ATMs on the casino floor totaling $2600.00. 

Suspect was booked into ADC for the above mentioned charge.
