On 12-18-2021at 10:38 pm, Deputy  Lopez responded to the above address. During the course of his investigation, it was determined Andy J. Romero had stolen a cell phone while inside the casino. The phone was valued at over $500.00. Andy J. Romero was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Charge: Driving on a revoked license

On 12/19/2021 at about 12:01 am, Marban Tafoya was stopped on a traffic infraction at mm 173 on US 84-285. It was learned Marban Tafoya was driving on a revoked license. Deputy Concha placed him into custody and he was later booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Deputies were dispatched to above listed address in reference to a motor vehicle crash. During the following investigation, Deputies determined that the suspect listed above may have been operating a motor vehicle while impaired. A blood draw was conducted and suspect was summonsed to court.

2021009047,Death investigation,12-14-2021

Location 100 Block Old Lamy Trail

Deceased:  55 year old male

Deputies responded to above location in reference to an ambulance assist of a male subject not conscious and not breathing.  CPR was in progress and medics arrived on  scene and continued CPR, which there were no signs of life.  OMI arrived on scene and found no signs of foul play.  The descendant suffered from several medical ailments. Case is under investigation.

Deputies made contact with the suspect who was stopped in the roadway. He showed signs of impairment and was arrested for DUI. He provided breath samples of .20/.21

Arrested: James Gabaldon, 27 YOM, Santa Fe, NM

On Monday, December 13th, 2021 deputies were patrolling the above area when they were approached in regards to a larceny. The victim advised the above suspect had stolen an item out of the bed of his pickup truck. The suspect was located and the suspect fled on foot. The suspect was later apprehended without incident. The suspect was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Deputies were dispatched to the above location and the victim found non responsive. Life saving measures were attempted to no avail. OMI was notified and no signs of foul play was found.

On 12-12-21 someone stole the victim's vehicle while it was parked in the parking lot at the location, No suspect information at this time.
