2021008514/Embezzlement/Forgery/11-17-2021

Arrested: Bailon-Alderete, Nidia (44 YOF), Santa Fe, NM

On Wednesday, November 17th, 2021, deputies responded to the above location for a report of an employee who had embezzled funds. Contact was made with representatives and they advised the above employee had stolen over $20,000 over the course of just over a year. Contact was made with the suspect and she admitted to the embezzlement. She was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

2021008497/ AGG.DWI AND SPEEDING

ARRESTEE: HENRY PAUL ROYBAL JR.- 23 YEAR OLD- SANTA FE NATIVE

CHARGES: AGG. DWI AND SPEEDING

On 11-16-2021 at about 10:22 pm, RECC received a call from Pojoaque Pueblo Police Department requesting assistance. A non-native person was stopped for speeding. The speed was 100 mph in a posted 55 mph zone.  The driver displayed signs of impairment to the tribal officers. Deputy Rodriguez arrived on scene and conducted SFSTs on the driver, Henry Pau Roybal Jr. Roybal displayed signs of impairment and was arrested. After consenting to a chemical test, Roybal's test result indicated a BrAC of 0.16g/210L and 0.14g/210L. Roybal was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Stolen: Television, Jewelry

On Monday, November 15, 2021, Deputies responded to the listed location in reference to a burglary in progress.  Suspects fled the scene prior to Deputies arrival.  Suspects forced entry and stole the listed item which was seen by the victim on video surveillance.

Victim reported unknown suspect(s) gained forced entry through the back door and stole the above mentioned items. Case is under investigation.

Victim reported unknown suspect(s) got access to their bank account between the months of September and October 2021 and took a total of $16,518.38.  Case is under investigation.

2021008467,Agg. DWI/ Alcoholic beverages prohibited on school grounds,11-15-2021

Location: Avenida Torreon, Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: Amanda Lopez 41yoa, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies responded to above location in reference to a female intoxicated in the school gym. Deputies arrived on scene and observed the above subject operating a motor vehicle in the parking lot.  A DWI investigation was conducted and above subject showed signs of impairment.  Subject was arrested and agreed to submit to a breath test.  Subject blew a .23, .21 g/210L.  Subject charged and booked at ADC.

2021008444,Driving on revoked driver license/no registration/no insurance,11-14-2021

Location: NM 599 MM 11

Arrested: William Montoya  44 yoa, Santa Fe, NM

Deputy conducted a traffic stop on above subject after learning the license plate did not return to the vehicle.  During the investigation, it was discovered above subject was driving on a revoked driver license with an arrest clause and did not have insurance for the vehicle.  Subject was arrested and charged accordingly.

2021008434/Battery on a HHM, False Imprisonment/11/13/2021

Location: Abajo Road, Edgewood, Santa Fe County, NM

Suspect: Jason Booher

Deputies were dispatched to above mentioned address in reference to a domestic dispute. An investigation showed that the suspect repeatedly prevented the victim to leave the residence and that a battery had occurred. Suspect was arrested and booked at ADC.

2021008424/ TRAFFICKING CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE POSS. OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (X2)

LOCATION: AIRPORT ROAD SANTA FE, NM

ARRESTEE: OSVALDO LOPEZ- 24-YEAR OLD HISPANIC MALE- SANTA FE, NM RESIDENT.

On 11-13-21 Deputy Jose Rivera conducted a traffic stop on a motor vehicle. During the course of the traffic stop, it was learned the driver, Osvaldo Lopez was in possession of a controlled substance. Due to the circumstances, it was determined Lopez was trafficking the controlled substance. Lopez was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

ARRESTEE: ADAM VIGIL- 24-YEAR OLD HISPANIC MALE- TAOS, NM RESIDENCE

CHARGES: SEE ABOVE

ON 11-12-21 at about 11:58 pm, a traffic infraction was observed by Deputy Concha on US 84-285 mm 178. Deputy Concha conducting a traffic stop. The driver, Adam Vigil notified Deputy Concha of the fact; his license was revoked. This was confirmed through an MVD inquiry. Deputy Concha placed the suspect into custody and booked him into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.
