A officer with Tesuque Police department learned the vehicle the  suspect was in was a stolen vehicle . The suspect was detained. Deputies arrived on scene and took over the investigation. Suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a male that was found deceased. The observations on scene revealed no signs of foul play. Case is under investigation.

Victim reported that the suspect battered her during an altercation, suspect fled the scene prior to deputies arrival. An arrest warrant was drafted for the above suspect.

2021007088 Agg. DWI, Driving on a rovoked license, Roadway lane for traffic,9-10-2021

Arrested: Alessandro Gurule 26, yoa Santa Fe, NM

Deputies  were dispatched to above location in reference to vehicle unable to maintain lane of travel. Deputy located the vehicle and a traffic stop conducted. Above driver admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages.  SFST's were administered and subject showed signs of impairment. Subject was arrested for DWI.  NM implied consent advisory act was read and subject agreed to submit to a breath test.  Subject blew a .29, .27 Brac. In addition, subject was driving with a revoked driver license.  Subject was booked accordingly.

Stolen: wooden doors

Victim reported he arrived at his residence construction site on today's around 5pm and found his garage open.  Numerous garage doors and wooden doors were stolen. Case is under investigation.

Suspect was observed committing a traffic violation. Suspect showed signs of impairment. Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

2021007005/ Agg. DWI (2nd/refusal) & Speeding

Location: U.S. 84/285 MP 178, Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: Luna, Chad 53-YOM, Albuquerque, NM

During the late evening hours of September 7th 2021, deputies responded to the above area; in reference assisting Pojoaque Pueblo Police with a non-native driver. The Pueblo of Pojoaque Police Department Officer stopped Chad Luna for speeding 65/45 mph zone). Luna was displaying signs of impairment. Luna submitted to SFSTs and showed signs of impairment. Luna was placed under arrest. Luna agreed to submit to a chemical test, but he grew aggressive towards Deputy Burr, both physically and verbally. Luna was transported to Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility where he was booked without incident.

Suspect: Kiana Amber Danielle Bustillos- 28 year old H/F from Santa Fe, NM

Location: US 84-285 mm 170 Santa Fe County

During routine patrol, Deputy Jacob Martinez made an encounter with this female on he shoulder of US 84-285 mm 170. Bustillos was found to have the above outstanding warrants for her arrest out of Santa Fe County Jurisdiction for Felony and Traffic Offenses. Bustillos was taken into custody without incident and booked on the warrants at Santa Fe County ADC.
