ON THIS DATE VICTIM REPORTED THAT HE HAD PARKED HIS 2006 TOYOTA CAMRY IN THE COMMON PARKING LOT OF THE RIVERSIDE MOBEL HOME PARK. VICTIM REPORTED WHEN HE WENT BACK TO HIS UNLOCKED VEHICLE HE DISCOVERED THAT UNKNOWN SUSPECT (S) HAD ENTERED HIS VEHICLE AND REMOVED THE ABOVE LISTED ITEMS. CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION AT THIS TIME.

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION VICTIM REPORTED BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 7:00 AM AND 7:OO PM, SUSPECT (S) FORCED OPEN HER FRONT DOOR AND REMOVED THE ABOVE LISTED ITEMS. FRONT DOOR AND FRAME WERE DAMAGED. CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION AT THIS TIME.

ARRESTED: DAVID BECK, 54 YOA MALE, SANTA FE AREA
CHARGES: AGGRAVATED ASSAULT OF A HOUSEHOLD MEMBER WITH A DEADLY WEAPON, AGGRAVATED DWI, NEGLIGENT USE OF A WEAPON, RECKLESS DRIVING
ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION VICTIM CALLED AND REPORTED THAT HER EX-HUSBAND WAS INTOXICATED AND HAD A FIREARM. INVESTIGATION FOUND WHERE ABOVE LISTED SUSPECT WAS INTOXICATED AND WAS WANTING TO FIGHT HIS EX-WIFE NEW BOYFREIND. VICTIMS WENT OUT SIDE TO TELL SUSPECT TO LEAVE THEM ALONE, WHEN HE LOADED HIS HANDGUN. VICTIMS WENT BACK INTO THE HOUSE TO REPORT INCIDENT. WHEN DEPUTY'S ARRIVED SUSPECT WAS DRIVING AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED DOWN THE LONG DRIVEWAY. SUSPECT WAS STOPPED AND FOUND TO HAVE A LOADED HANDGUN WITH HIM IN THE VEHICLE. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED. THE HANDGUN WAS SEIZED FOR EVIDENCE.

Victim reported that sometime between June 4th, 2011 and July 2nd, 2011 and unknown person(s) took the above items. The items were taken from the victims bathroom of her residence. Victim has recently had contractors updating the residence but is unsure of a suspect. Case is under investigation.

Charges: Assault on a HHM, Criminal damage to a HHM
It was reported that on this date (7-11-11) at approximately 6pm suspect had assaulted victim by threatening conduct. Suspect damaged a TV and gaming system within the residence as well. Suspect was found at the residence upon Deputies arrival and arrested and booked without incident.

Stolen: Chi Flat Iron, 2 pairs of shoes, Armani Exchange Slacks, Mac Make-up, Misc. Clothing, total value $982.00 Estemated.
Suspect: Pending
Victim reported that on Sunday, July 10th, 2011 at approximately 9pm and unknown person(s) stole the above listed items. Entry was gained into the vehicle through a sunroof by force. A german shepard K-9 was in the vehicle at the time and was unharmed. Case is under investigation.

Victim reported that unknown persons entered her home while she and her family were in the home and stole a purse containing money,checks, identification and a video camera. Victim stated that the subjects entered the home through an open window to the kitchen. Case is still under investigation.

Victim reported that subject struck him causing visible injuries during an argument. This incident took place while the subject was intoxicated. Photographs were taken of injuries. Subject was arrested and taken to jail where she was booked accordingly.

Victim reported sometime within the past two months someone stole the above listed items from his mother's shed. Victim suspect's his mother's ex-boyfriend took the tools.
